Highly recommended COYS. Seemless from airport pick up to drop off. Insurance covers you for all events with the exception of key loss and wrong fuel. Half tank to half tank policy. The guys who operate the pick ups and car handover are really nice and helpful.

Straight forward with fully comp insurance & no add ons.
Collection from the airport takes around 10 minutes.
New and very clean cars.
Wouldn’t use anyone else when in Spain.

I'm sure Coys aren't the cheapest option at Alicante airport but IMHO they are the best which is why I use them every time.
We were delayed for seven and a half hours and didn't land until 4:00 am.
No change to the usual good service even at that time of day.
A lot of companies would have been charging an 'out of hours supplement' but not Coys.

This was our first time hiring a car from Coys, and it definitely won’t be our last! 🚗

The booking process was really easy, and the price was great. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up within minutes of calling the number from the airport, and it didn’t take long at all to get to their office.

The car itself was exactly what we needed, and returning it was just as quick and easy. We were dropped back at the airport only a few minutes after returning the car.

Brilliant service all round — we’ll definitely be using Coys again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing service, our flight we delayed by an hour we arrived at 2am but they still there on time and took us to their yard which was 5 minutes away, took 5 minutes to do all the paper work and away we went, great car to get around very clean and then arriving back was so simple, gave them the keys and they drove us straight back to the airport, very recommended company to use!! We will be using them over and over again

Great service as usual from pick up to drop off. Always prompt and with you at the airport within 5 mins for the short drive to their compound to pick up the car which are always great. Competitively priced. Would highly recommend and are the only company I would use.

Brilliant! This is the first time I’ve used Coys and it was a really easy process. From phoning to be collected at the airport (without a mad scramble for the shuttle bus) to be dropped back off at the airport it was stress free. We had rented a small auto and received a Clio with only 7000 miles on it. It had a full tank of fuel which we returned full. There were no hidden or additional charges, so it was very transparent. We have another booking with Coys at the end of the month!

I’ve been using Coys for over 25 years now. The new owners have kept the same customer friendly process as Mike and Heidi had been using for years. I hope they continue to do so. The new guys at the office are excellent and I will use them again next time I’m in Spain.

Excellent service yet again, were 4-5 years in using Coys & would not use anyone else, no rip off credit card deposits, no damaged vehicles, new quality vehicles & from pick up at the airport to driving away within 15 minutes

First time using Coys will use them again, easy 5 minute transfer to and from their office at Alicante Airport, cars clean and no problems.

We’ve been using COYS for many years and always had good service. I was surprised when picking the car up that we didn’t have full insurance and would we like to pay extra for it. This has always been included in the past which is one of the reasons we use COYS.

3rd time we have used Coys. It’s been great every time. No fuss, no stress & really efficient service. All the guys that work there are really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
