I ordered a lamp in December. Made the payment. I received a notification that it would be delivered on 18 December. It NEVER arrived. I sent various emails. The first email they replied that their website was down. Now their website seems to be offline.
Beware!!! They steel your money. No product was ever delivered and they dont responds to emails!!!!
Fraud! I ordered a lamp for 150Є, they sent me a peace of plastic with a tracking number from China...I found the same lamp in AliExpress for 70Є. I have asked to return the lamp, but they have never replied (yet).
I ordered 4 lamps- more than 2 weeks ago. €1300 paid and no news at all despite filling in the contact form.
The web site says they are contactable by phone during certain hours… but there is no phone number!
Worried and disappointed. Be warned!
It looks like the goods are coming from China which is not clear from the web site.
