Incredible Service

There is one word to describe Cozy Cabin...Olivia. I needed a part for my Vermont Castings stove and I couldn't find it anywhere. I called Cozy Cabin and Olivia answered. She had an incredible presence on the phone (She needs to train the world on how to speak to people.) and wanted to make sure I received the right part. I sent her pictures of the part and she matched it perfectly. Even if I put the part number into a search engine with AI it always showed me the wrong part. Olivia is my new go to person for my stove.
