Wow!

Wow, I wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering, I see I am not even close to being the only person this company scammed. So disappointing. I ordered my carrier in March 2025 and never received it.

Wish I had checked here before ordering…

Wish I had checked here before placing my order with CozyCarriers.

I ordered a carrier that their website said was in stock for a friend’s baby shower. After weeks I hadn’t even received a tracking email so I contacted them, and they advised it wasn’t actually in stock and they were waiting for their supplier.
They offered a 10% refund and for me to wait, or a full refund.
As waiting would mean I missed having it for my friend’s baby shower, I chose a full refund.
This was on the 11th of March 2025.

I have followed up multiple times, each time they say they will get the finance department to process my refund, and as of the 17th of July 2025 still no refund.

Be careful if you do decide to order from them, but I would advise finding a better company to buy from.

This company SUCKS

After months of waiting my order still hasn’t shipped. Been emailing back and forth and eventually they agreed to give me a full refund. However I have been waiting for the money back but still haven’t gotten them, and now they seem to have deleted their email address. This company is a joke.

I ordered my carrier and it came a month late. The carrier was not even according to what i saw on the ads. I emailed them and they said they will give me 60% refund as i did not like the quality. It’s been 1 month now and still no money. I have emailed them a bunch of times and no reply. BIG SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered my carrier in March. Emailed them and it’s just back and forth them saying they need to speak to the fulfilment team. Saying they will give me 20% off if I wait longer for my carrier. Scam don’t order from this company I still haven’t had my refund and no item delivered!

Would give a zero if I could.

Ordered back in Feb and still haven’t received, there has been back and forth emails with this company telling me stock was out then it was restocked but my order wasn’t packed then it was packed but not picked up and haven’t had a email since.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

They are a scam

They are a scam. Ordered a carrier in March, never came in. They refuse to refund your money, they just email about having to talk to the fulfillment team. Luckily I out in a dispute with my credit card company, and they are looking in to it. They keeping offering 10-20% while I ‘wait’?? Why would I order anything else when you clearly can’t even get me what I ordered back in March. They prey on innocent people. They are nothing but criminals.

Dont fall for their scam. You ask what went wrong

You ask what went wrong. You take money from innocent people and do not send the product. I think the word is 'scammer'. Then you talk about fulfillment teams and finance teams, which of course don't exist. In the meantime, your website is still up and luring people in. I think a good word here might be 'criminal'.
