Absolutely love the Cozy Crew Club! My daughter looks the cutest in all their baby apparel. Zip onesies are so convenient. It’s lovely to buy from a brand that actually cares about real families and offers such amazing customer service- highly recommend!

Updating my review.

After I raised my concern, the team investigated an issue I had thoroughly, an issue which was connected to what I received and what was shown on the website. They acknowledged that the product listing contained images of two different versions of the item, which was misleading. They handled the situation professionally and beyond to resolve the issue. They arranged a replacement that arrived before my trip. I was impressed by how quickly and hard they worked to put things right!

I so still hope the website images are updated and kept consistent going forward, as accurate product listings are important for customer trust and confidence. However, I appreciate that they acknowledged the mistake and took action to correct it for future customers.

Having now seen their garments, I can say the quality is lovely and the customer service has been outstanding. Because of how professionally this was resolved, I will happily purchase from them again in the future!

I purchased a personalised baby grow for my baby boy and it’s absolutely beautiful! They even put in a personalised blanket in for free 🤍 can’t wait to order from hers again !! Great customer service too, you can tell it’s an independent business with how personal it is xx

I bought the The Beverly Hills Cozy Long Sleeve Tee, Cozy Heart Club Graphic Tee, and Mummy & Daddy Are My Fav Cozy Long Sleeve Tee.
The designs are simple and stylish, but what surprised me most was the amazing quality. Everything feels very well made and comfortable. I can really tell the shop puts a lot of care and thought into both the designs and the details. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love the baby outfits — they are so adorable and super soft! The delivery was also very fast, which was a great bonus.
The gift box packaging is really beautiful and nicely presented, making it so easy for me to give as presents for friends’ baby showers. Highly recommend!

Everything arrived quickly and exactly as pictured. It’s so nice finding clothes that look cute and feel well made. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The Cozy Crew Club products are really lovely, a great range of items. I've ordered gifts to send to colleagues who have become new parents, they were delighted with the gifts.
Customer Service is excellent. I inadvertently ordered the incorrect colour for a beanie hat, and quickly emailed Customer Services. The response was instant, and more than happy to rectify the issue, which was completely my own fault!
Follow-up thank you emails from the founder, Conor, are also very much appreciated.

I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. The quality of the baby clothes is absolutely beautiful – soft, well-made, and clearly designed to last. You can feel the difference straight away.

What really stood out to me though was the customer service. They were so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a brand that cares this much about their customers.
