Dissatisfied Customer

I purchased a set for a Cal King bed. Got them installed. Liked the way they felt. However, they started to come up along the sides. I had to keep pulling them down. I called them. They asked me how I washed them and to check my mattress measurements. I did and sent it to them. They then suggested some mattress elastic bands to keep them tight. This was why I bought theirs. I said I could have got them elsewhere for alot less than theirs and used straps. They offered me a discount on next order. Why would I order from them again anyway? Their customer service sucks. They said I could send them back but I would have to pay postage even though they falsely advertised them. They didn't care. So, beware.

Very expensive sheets purchased one…

A member of leadership team responded immediately to my complaint and resolved my issue within one hour. The flawed sheets are being replaced and she submitted the claim on my behalf. it doesn’t get any better than !

Ordered sheets as a gift for my son and…

Ordered sheets as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. They received the sheets, never opened or used, but did not like that material and returned. Its been over 30 days and they still have not processed a refund. Each time I contact them, via phone or email, and its been a half dozen times, they say they have item but they are inspecting item and also they have a new warehouse. They refuse to refund me and keep delaying. Buyer Beware.

Quality has gone down, warrant claims are ignored

Quality has gone down significantly since this company first appeared. I have had holes appear in several items that I have purchased and more than one warrant claim if ignored by this company on items that were clearly defective at the seams or so paper thin that a light breeze would rip them. I've compared newer purchases to the thickness of items from several years ago and there's a major difference in fabric texture, weave, and thickness. Customer service is lacking. Why am I paying the same or more for a substandard material that I'm not sure is even what you claim it to be (and also won't honor your warranty and make me file new ones and ignore those too).

Buyer Beware!

I bought their pillow based on their reviews… But let me tell you that the pillow is horrible. It’s pretty flat, which is what I was looking for, but it’s hard and lumpy. Literally a $10 pillow from Kohl’s is better than this one. This company has done marvelous on their marketing to make them seem like a luxurious company, including being supposedly “Oprah‘s favorite”. But let me tell you I will never shop from them ever again. I tried to contact customer service twice and it took several days before they got back to me, and the restocking fee is outrageous to return something. The worth of this pillow is nowhere even near what it cost to buy. It. Buyer beware with this one… This pillow is terrible quality. I wouldn’t be shocked if they didn’t alter their reviews by one not publishing the low rated ones…

Predatory pricing

Predatory pricing- I bought some clothing and found out 2 months later that I overpaid by over 40% as they “reduced” their pricing. This was already after taking into account a $100+ “discount” they provided at the time of original purchase - I still overpaid by 40%. They’re nontransparent and shady. And frankly the clothes are not that great. I regret giving them any business.

$12 restocking FEE + shipping on a $70 purchase is...

$12 restocking fee on a $70 purchase is a hit. Then I pay for shipping. Was new to the product so started small but then they were out of the coordinating piece I needed so I went to return. I don't think I'll be back given the penalty - leaves a bad taste on this consumer's palate. So I paid to ship it TO me, I pay to ship it BACK and I pay a $12 fee. Seems kind of spiteful to me. Maybe waive the fee if you return quickly? I was processing the return in under 10 days. It was a birthday gift so I had to have a little lead time. Bummer. Nice material.

Cozy Earth scammed me with promise of discount

When you open the COZY EARTH website, they have one of those Temu-like spinning wheels that supposedly gives you a discount. I spun it and got $100 off a purchase of $200. So I spent more than I planned to and when I got to the check out, the page wouldn't honor the discount code. Seemed like a scam to me. Everything on there is highly overpriced so they ought to give you SOME discount somewhere!!

They sold me a product that I paid for

They sold me a product that I paid for. Didn’t tell me it was out of stock. And then I didn’t have a present for my wife’s birthday. They didn’t have a good way to track the order and never gave me any notification that the product was out of stock. Left my wife, disappointed. Will never use them again.

Cozy Earth's return policy is a scam

Don't shop with Cozy Earth without reading their return policies first. They will scam you out of money if you are not satisfied with the product and return it.

I bought two pairs of pants with an order including bed sheets etc. The total order was USD 998. When I received the pants, which I had ordered in size Medium, they felt like a size X-Large, entirely out of proportion to regular sizing. When I returned the two pairs, they kept 16 USD as a shipping fee, citing their return policies!

I will never shop with Cozy Earth again.

Huge order & no support

Hi,

I order over 3000USD worth of bedsheets as a first time customer two weeks ago. I have received no tracking details and have sent 4 emails, tried to call twice and use their online chat tool with ZERO response or feedback. It is extremely unprofessional and concerning that I have had no update or confirmation of shipping. Clearly there are a lot of internal operational issues.

I love the feel of the white Bamboo…

I love the feel of the white Bamboo Sheets I purchased. Just letting you know they do pill which is disappointing (this is why I did not rate them 5 stars) but, I still really like them. I had a few questions and customer service was great.

Am buying a set as a wedding gift for a young couple who would never buy such expensive sheets.

Their review system will not let you…

Their review system will not let you change from 5 stars. I still wrote a review and it would not let me submit (maybe because it was not positive).

The sheets are cheap feeling- very thin and slippery. Their "free returns" charge 12$ restocking fee, 7.20 shipping fee and probably more. I think I will still return becuase I dont want these sheets to remind me of the scam experience.

I purchased a King duvet cover on final…

I purchased a King duvet cover on final sale 6 months ago. The seam near the zipper ripped; I emailed Cozy Earth with different pictures and they said on the 4th email they needed a copy of the inside tag which was provided. I called because I never heard back and they told me because it is final sale the warranty does not cover it. Fine they could have told me 2 weeks ago and saved me a lot of time! Very frustrated
