Sheets are wonderful; however one sheet given as a Christmas present tore at the corner seam. Warranty was not honored. Sent in pictures of the torn seam and claim was rejected.

I paid $98 for a product and $58 for overnight delivery. They didn't hand the package to UPS until 5 days after I ordered. A week later, I have neither the product nor my money.

When I called, they blamed UPS — which is a lie. UPS never had the package until day 5. That's a Cozy Earth fulfillment failure, not a UPS problem. The rep refused to leave her script, refused to take accountability, and sent me through a hoops-jumping exercise to even pursue a refund I'm clearly owed.

I paid a premium specifically because quality and convenience matter to me. What I got instead was a failed delivery, a dishonest excuse, and $156 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I wanted the product AND my money — I got neither.

Dispute it with your credit card company if this happens to you. And save yourself the headache — shop somewhere else.

These sheets are NOT COOLING WHATSOEVER. WAY OVERSOLD AND TO GET A REFUND, YOU MIGHT AS WELL PULL OUT ALL YOUR HAIR.

As have purchased from Cozy Earth for years now. They are by far my favorite sheets and worth the splurge for me. I have several of pairs of pajamas as well. Definitely high quality, debatable of their worth the high price tag.

Most recently I had an issue that the fitted sheets I received had the right size label on the outside of the product but a different size was inside. Customer service was a little slow to answer my email, but I have a confirmation that the corrected ones should be on their way.

I returned 3 items but only received a refund for 2 of them. I have sent 2 emails to their support team, but have not received a response or my money. Worst customer service experience I've had.

BUYER BEWARE - This company has the worst customer service - read the reviews. Good luck getting all of your paid for items.

The Quality of the items we have purchased from Cozy Earth have been excellent. My wife loves the soft material of her pajama set and loves her jogger pants, she just ordered another pair in a different color.
We had one item we needed to return - a body pillow pillowcase, that I miss ordered. I was looking for King pillowcases and ordered this one by mistake. The return process was seamless and we received full credit. We will continue to enjoy purchasing from Cozy Earth.

I ordered the third pair of pajamas for my wife for Christmas in a pink color. Unbeknowst to me she did not like the color. I misunderstood the days you had to return them and I missed the cutoff. I was only wanting to change the color and was not looking for a refund. I was told sorry they would be unable to take the return. So here they sit on my desk still in the original package. I did finally talk with someone but to no avail. Other then that my wife still loves the other two sets but won't be getting another pair.

The LUX Bathrobe that is White with Sky blue stripes is thick plush cotton comfort. I absolutely love the many products of Cozy Earth. Coming out of the shower or early morning waking, this is the Lux Robe I have been wanting for. Thank you

Now that I'm older I'm at the phase of my life where I'm buying things that I really like even though Cozy Earth products are quite expensive. I absolutely love the bamboo sheets and will never go back to sheets I had in my linen closet. I've also purchased a bamboo/jersey comforter which is more like a bedspread. It's soft, cream color and just heavy enough to be comfortable. My favorite products are the sweatshirts and wide leg sweatpants. They are the softest and warmest sweats I've ever owned. Yes they are the most expensive sweats I've bought in my life but I'm always cold so I'm willing to pay more for clothes that keep me warm. I've tried their blankets and struck out twice. One was fuzzy and the oversized cuddle throw was so heavy my husband had to take it out of the box. It also shed so much it looked like I had a shedding dog in the house. So I sent that back. I've also bought their luxe bath towels and waffle bath towels. I love both types equally. I had first ordered bath sheets but they were so huge and heavy I had to return them in exchange for the bath towels. I've completed two returns and encountered no problems whatsoever. Communication was good and the return process went smoothly. I've also bought some of their bamboo lounge shirts and pants. Not a fan of the ankle cuff pants but since they're lighter weight fabric they should work well for me this summer. Since I knew I was going to be a frequent shopper I paid for the annual Cozy Earth membership and have saved quite a bit of money by being a member. I realize this is a long review but I wanted to give an honest assessment of my experiences shopping with Cozy Earth. I love 99% of all the items I've purchased thus far. Great quality items, excellent customer service and expensive. This is my opinion and at my age I sugarcoat nothing.

I have been a loyal customer for close to 5 months now. I LOVE everything this company makes. I absolutely adore the Extra Weight Cuddle, Double Bubble Cuddle, Bubble Cuddle and the Channel Cuddle Blankets. Superior products!

Im not going to sugar coat…like some others I recently had my first, and my only bad experience with customer service. I am not giving up though because my love of the products sold by Cozy Earth overshadows that bad experience. I truly don’t believe it’s possible to find better quality blankets, women’s clothing, or bedding on the market. I have tried many of their competitors and stand by my statement. I love the luxurious feel and superb quality of everything I’ve bought at Cozy Earth. I believe in them so much that I recommend them highly to EVERYONE I’m close to. I highly recommend the membership. I believe the membership is a great benefit to anyone who will shop with Cozy Earth. I’ve been a member for a couple of months and I have definitely benefited.

The bad experience. I was very surprised with customer service honestly. A while back there was a promotion for customers who spent over $299 on certain dates, you would be sent a $100 gift certificate. I had just placed an order that morning and immediately afterwards learned of this promotion. I called customer service within 10 minutes of said order and asked if I should see about canceling this order and placing a larger order to qualify. I was told that there was no need to do that… that all I needed to do is place an additional order WITHIN THAT DAY to bring my purchase total over the $299 to qualify. Made sense to me, I did as instructed. I thought I could trust the CE representatives advice. A few days ago I called to see why my gift certificate hadn’t arrived yet and I was told that I would NOT be receiving one. I was told that what the representative told me was NOT true… and that was it. Please understand, I know that a $100 gift certificate isn’t much but it’s the principle of the matter to me. I spend, in my opinion, a fair amount with this company and I expect honesty. If the rep hadn’t been 100% sure of her advice she had given to me she should have spoken with her supervisor. I feel very let down. In the end I was told to look out for promo codes to save money in the future. It was kind of condescending.

As stated… the quality of Cozy Earths products are so superior I’m giving them another chance. We all make mistakes and so far that is the only bad experience I’ve had with this wonderful company. I will be much more careful in the future when speaking with their customer service. I will be keeping notes and getting reps names. I truly hope that Cozy Earth works on their consumer relations because I believe in this company. Give Cozy Earth a try and you’ll understand… and a good place to start is with the Extra Weight Classic Cuddle Blanket in Dove Gray on a chilly day and you will understand.

In my last review the cozy earth team commented with an email adress for customer service. I emailed them the same day January 26th. They have not responded to my email. Proving my point about thier lack of customer service. There are similar quality sheets for less money out there. Im sure there is better customer service too.

I had the pleasure of working with Sara today on a technicality and she was nothing short of amazing. Her patience and understanding are something to be recognized. She was also able to assist with an exchange of an item which we love (we returned it for a smaller size). Cozy earth is a wonderful find for us and we’ve (my wife and I) each ordered a couple of times. Some say that the items are very expensive, but the quality is so high that we are proud to be repeat customers. That combined with the level of customer service that Sara provides reassures us that we are spending our money in the right place. Thank you so much.
