The contractors stole a item from my…

The contractors stole a item from my property i asked them to put everything in my back garden they left everything that had no value but stole a item that did have value. I spoke to the contractor but he kept avoiding what he had done by saying he couldn't hear me I was breaking up which was a lie. I emailed the company 6 times they only got back to me when I told them I will be contacting trading standards. They said they spoke to the contractor and he denies all knowledge of that conversation and my item has been destroyed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ATE NOTHING BUT THIEVES AND LIARS. There was a verbal agreement with myself and the contractor if there wasn't then why did he leave all other items further more my husband spoke to him bout this issue and he kept avoiding answering the question if we didn't speak to the contractor about leaving the item then why would he avoid answering the question if there wasn't a agreement then he would of said sorry we left some of the items by mistake instead he said he didn't recall the conversation. LIES HE GOT PAID FOR THE ITEM HE STOLE PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We have been informed that there was no agreement in place allowing any removed equipment to remain at the property. Under ECO4 scheme requirements, all replaced equipment must be removed and disposed of in line with environmental and compliance regulations.

The purpose of the ECO4 upgrade is to replace older, inefficient, energy-consuming systems with new, energy-efficient solutions. As part of that process, the old equipment must be removed and responsibly disposed of — this is a mandatory scheme requirement, not an optional decision by the contractor. That said, we remain committed to transparency and customer satisfaction.

Applied for the grant and got accepted straight away. Jimmy came and fitted 8 radiators and a boiler in my 4 bedroom house in just working of 2 days. Really nice guy with a great work ethic, couldn’t have asked for a better job. If you need anyone for heating work, Jimmy’s the man, wouldn’t use anyone else ever again.

Reliable company, great experience

Good communication from the start. Explanations given for the whole procedure, and questions answered.
Adequate time given to provide the necessary documentation. Very swift visiting appointments made and good timing adhered to.
Various surveyors, installers and contractors came over the course of one week. It was pretty minimal disturbance really, even with scaffolding. Discussions were carried out and advice given, about how the plans should be carried out, and in what position items should be placed.
I have been very pleased with the quality of work, and equipment installed in several locations.
Full testing of appliances, and a couple of follow-up visits gave additional reassurance that everything has been completed in a professional manner.
I am pleased with Cozyfy business, from the office and support team, to the engineers and installation contractors.
I am happy to recommend this company.

I am very happy with codify have done…

I am very happy with codify have done for me, Al last my flat is warm. The lounge radiator will warm up the whole flat.
The engineers were excellent and did the job in two days.
It was a professional job and I would say they were highly skilled.
They also showed me how to operate the heating system.
Once again, I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone

i did not give this company permission to contact DWP and yet their email says they did ..... The sales person who called me could not answer any of my questions and i considered the approach unethical and amateur. i told them i would not proceed.....

I honestly cant find any faults with their servis from start to finish. The comunication about instalation was great and the team was really frendly. The work was done quickly with barely any mess and they explained everything about the new worcestor boiler clearly.

At my elderly parent's house

At my elderly parent's house, the boiler replacement was expertly done. installed a new Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler in place of the old system boiler. They are content and joyful. The staff was courteous and competent, and they made sure my parents were completely happy. Outstanding service

I’m so disgusted with this company

I’m so disgusted with this company. They have defrauded me of money I could barely afford. I’ve contacted them 9 times now and still haven’t had a response. I would seriously think twice about ordering g anything for this company. I’ve been waiting for my goods since 9th Feb and they just don’t respond to my emails. Absolutely diabolical customer service
