Decided to ordered a birthday gift through the website rather than Amazon as it’s a small business and thought that would make a difference but after emailing twice and no response I rang customer services to check why my order still hadn’t arrived after waiting 10 days & yes I’m aware its Xmas time and covid so thanks for reminding me of it non stop, I work in retail so I understand retail and consumer policies, but if I would of received an email to say one of the things I had ordered was out of stock maybe I would of been more understanding but regardless of the delivery process, whoever I spoke to on the phone who literally just wanted an argument and probably thinks he looks super cool in front of his colleagues now, you where actually embarrassing!
Shame about the staff and the service as the product is actually really nice but will never buy from the company again! And thanks for my ever so troublesome refund of £16 that’ll patronisingly “come in 3-5 days if that’s ok with you” according to knob head, much quicker than any product you’ll ever purchase from them!

So disappointed. I ordered from this cute online store earlier in the year and the 2 candles were amazing, the scent was incredible! However, just ordered 2 more and they’re awful, barely any scent, one of them the wick isn’t in the middle and when it burns its tunnelling to one side. I think where they got really cold in the post the soy wax and oils have separated as they looked cracked when I opened them. I’ve emailed to say about the wick issue and had one response asking for photos which I did right away and now haven’t heard anything in days. Really sad as thought I’d found a great candle shop :( update - reading the response asking me to email, I’d clearly said in the review I had already emailed twice with no response, so will try for a 3rd time.

Update* the store have since sent a replacement of the item, thank you for eventually sorting something.

Discovered this little gem when we moved to local area and delighted to find them online during lockdown so I could get my candle fix!

They have some amazing products in stock! We buy everything from
Bath bombs to beach towels here! Great for gifts too!

You need to try Cosy Glow in Coulsdon, he has some mini Citronella candles and is taking orders for bigger ones. Also has some other amazing smelling candles with cute gift ideas. He is also really friendly. Nice to shop locally and help local companies xx

Brilliant service Received 3 candles fresh linen, jasmin & freshly baked bred as a present from a good friend it arrived exactly on time the scents are fantastic long burn time I am now looking forward to ordering more items like the woofins for my dog if they tast as good as the candles smell she'll be in pooch heven!

Absolutely love Cozy Glow candles and their amazing and varied scents. You'll find one for any mood or occasion. Not overpowering but a delicate balance of scents that last. Their other products are perfect for gifting and sometimes I've loved what I've bought so much I've gone back bought more for myself. Having used the delivery service recently, I was so impressed with the communication. I used to go into the shop prior to covid19 but the delivery service is faultless.

The owners of Cozy Glow are so helpful and the products they sell are unique, well priced and their candles are great. I haven’t used delivery service in this pandemic but I’m sure that would be great too.
