Cozyglow are fabulous I love all my scents that I have purchased and will continue to do so. Everyone comments on my scents and I tell them cozyglow so hopefully they will look them up and enjoy there purchases as much as I do😃 also excellent prices, excellent quality scents, and delivery on time and packed nicely. We're sorry you're experiencing issues with your Hot-Paks, it sounds like you're overheating the them. All Warmies products carry heating instructions attached to a label sewn into the product and these instructions should be followed very carefully. If your Warmies product has been overheated by mistake you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature. Do not reheat a product that has been overheated by mistake as it could be dangerous do so.

Dissapointed :(
I ordered the freshly baked bread candle for my fiancé for his birthday as he LOVES the smell of freshly baked bread. The candle with delivery came to around £17 and I was so disappointed when I opened to have a smell, to find it smelt nothing like freshly baked bread. I couldn't put my finger on it and neither could my family, but it smelt slightly odd and a bit floral. I still gave it to my fiancé as one of his gifts, but he had the same reaction as I did and we ended up throwing the candle in the bin after one light of it. The smell became sickly and overbearing.
Really dissapointed as I had high hopes and was excited to find a candle with this scent as I had been unsuccessful until coming across this company.

Disappointing when finally receivedx
Candles took approx 3 weeks to arrive. Poor communication until I spoke directly to the owner of company. Understandably they are very small company and takes a while to produce the candles.
Advised they need to make customers aware of timescale.
When I received the candles I tried straight away. Initial scent nice and packaging and was sent complimentary candle for the delay which was kind. Unfortunately the scent when lit was a poor throw in my room. The wick moved when burning so could not be relit after burning first.

Wonderful candles
As I was trying to shop more independently this Christmas, I am so happy I came across Cozy Glow! Candles are beautifully smelling, look amazing and last so long! Purchased a few as gifts and had to get one for myself of course! Everyone loves them.

No scent to the candles.
My first order was great. The scent of the Sandalwood candles were gorgeous (I ordered the small ones). I consequently placed an order for two larger ones. Sadly these had very little fragrance - I emailed the company to ask if I could exchange the one I had not burnt for the smaller ones. I did not ask for a refund on the one I burnt, simply to exchange the unopened one for the smaller versions. I received no reply to my email. The lack of customer service has sadly resulted in the loss of my custom.

Ordered never received. Contacted them to be told it must be lost in the post and a replacement would be sent out. 2 weeks later no sign of either. Emailed the company twice which was ignored simply asking where the order was. Ended up making a case and getting a refund via eBay but was never contacted by Cozy Glow. Extremely inept and rude company.
