Ordered item no instructions contacted they said please explain then no response. Ordered a belt said it was leather was plastic said the size was 32 -38 inch waist it must have been 40inch +
Deal with this company at your peril AVOID

I placed an order from Cozyhoome and the NEVER sent my item. They have no phone contact number to obtain a refund. I emailed them MANY times showing proof that the never sent the item and I want a refund. They replied with the ver same answer they had previously given and then quit answering completely. No amount of work can better this fraudulent company. Don't order anything, they steal!

The order took a month to arrive and communication was an automated reply,

Item arrived, wrong size, requested to refund, I was ignored, then offered a $5 compensation payment to keep rather than return. No good to me, I’m in the UK and the item doesn’t fit so of no use! Since the useless offer they have ignored all email. Don’t use this company, they are thief’s.

Cozy Hoome NEVER sent me my product! I ordered a ratchet belt for $28.89. I don’t recommend this shady company. Lied about quick delivery, obviously, because I NEVER got my product!!!!

Don't reply to emails to return DANGEROUS item. Don't reply to messages. Removing NEGATIVE comments!! Trading standards here we go! I have the senders address who made this dangerous faulty item!!

Legit companies take money from your bank when item ships, these people take it out when ordered. Then send you a fake tracking number. Never received my order but my bank did a reverse charge and put my money back in my account. They were very aware of this company. DO NOT order from this company. Can’t get in touch with them and USPS verified it was a bogus tracking number. Total scammers!!

It’s not even worth a star tbh - item arrived does not fit - they offered me £10 dollars! Have emailed twice no further response - waste of £23 do not use !!!!

I saw an ad for a real product, but didn't notice until after I ordered that it was this company. They sent me a very obvious knock-off and then would not answer any contact for refunds etc

Even one star is to much. I ordered 2 back braces months age and have never received them. I have email multiple times and get the same generated message. Not sure what to do now.

Took my money and never received the product. It has been two months and when I contact them (email is the only option) I get the same AI response. They don't want to make it right!! Do not purchase from them.

FAKE PRODUCT do not buy from this company. They are sending out the fake product for the Yerba Magic, it is not the real product. It is fake. They spell it YERMA and tons of spelling mistakes on the back took forever to receive it just to find out it’s fake. I have emailed them for a refund. I’ve got no reply yet.

Thanks to all the people that wrote reviews. I was about to purchase (self-Adhesive Leather repair) but after reading a few reviews I decided against it. I am going to make sure I share this with my granddaughters about this website. Thanks again

The product ordered was faulty. I contacted their support via email several times without receiving a reply. Rubbish company, AVOID!!!

Waited an inordinate amount of time for the 3 pill trays ordered. That told me right away it was coming from China. The quality is no better than what I can buy off of a dime store shelf. The individual daily boxes have lids that don’t stay shut - pills everywhere. A waste of money. NEVER AGAIN.

SCAMMERS. Avoid! So upset that Facebook allows scammers to advertise on their site. I used to trust Facebook. No more. Lesson learned...

Received ultra matte product in packaging that did not resemble the product I saw and ordered on Instagram. I reached out and was instructed to mail what I received back to them in CHINA on my own dime. Then, after threatening to write this review got a smidge more attention. They said, “Oh that is the correct product just in old packaging.” Now no response. This shiny, long lasting , hydrating product is actually a hunk of clay in a tube. GRRRRRRRR

I ordered two vitamin travel cases. It took forever until I got an "It's on the way" email. After a few more days, I got a "Your product has been delivered" email. Oddly, my product HAD NOT been delivered. I wrote an email explaining that and got an email saying "Track your package" with a link. I tracked it to find it had been delivered to a home in Colorado.
