My wife bought me one of these for Christmas, and it’s a total waste of money. The battery doesn’t hold its charge! When you reconnect the battery after charging it seems touch and go if the control panel will work, or not!
When it does work it works well, but it’s so hit or miss it is a total waste of time and money!
Purchased the Cozy Pillow hoping it would help with my neck pain. The pillow I received is so hard I really don't know how a person would use it. I contacted the company since it has a ninety day return policy. They wanted me to return the item with a return receipt to an address in China and provide a picture of the return receipt. They also suggest I provide insurance on the item. By the time you jump through the hoops you have spent the cost of the pillow. It is not as described on the website. When I went on their site to look at reviews out of over 5K reviews there is only one review that isn't a five star review. These are not real reviews.
This pillow is pure magic! Had a lot of sleeping problems but after using the pillow the first night I slept so well! Thanks for this awesome product ❤️
