Terrible company. Ordered trainers that never came.

It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for my order.

Yes I'm in the long line of people who have been scammed...
Ordered and paid for trainers August despite numerous e.mails still not received
They just keep saying they are on the way ....
Please people do not order from these people

Pity this company is not honest and that I didn’t read the reviews first god only knows how many people have been scammed by them

Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes the end of July. Have been emailing them nonstop and it’s always they’ll be sent out in three days. I still don’t have them mid September and have now resorted to asking my credit card company to get me a refund what is laughable as with each email they offer me a discount coupon off another pair if I would ever order from this crap company again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered these mid July and still haven’t received in September. When chased a month ago they said they’d be shipped in 3 days. Still waiting and now they don’t respond. Going through credit card company now to try and get refund. Only £11 but seems like a lot of £11s

Please be aware of this company. I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes, never received them. I requested a refund for my 49.98. I was sent 24.99 in October, I sent it back. This refund has been going on since August. I've receive emails letting me know they're working on it. I want my money back from this crooked company. If I paid 49.98. Why send me back 24.99? Lawyers are next. How long does it take to give a refund?

Company is a fraudulent scam. I was sent fake tracking number, contacted that my order was delivered to USPS. Never received order $49.98 charged PayPal. Post office said that tracking number was nothing and they did not receive package or hold package for my address, no record. Filed dispute with customer service received automated message, but days later no follow up. Filed dispute with PayPal over phone, but the way the receipt is structured only received half of my payment, to resolve PayPal, issued the remaining balance. AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SERIOUS SCAM

Ordered two pairs for me and my husband. Took ages to come. They seemed very poor quality and my size 5’s were huge. Paid £11 for a return to the nearest address (Slovakia!) parcel was returned to me over a month later with ‘refused’ written on it. I have emailed them but don’t hold out much hope. Although I noticed further down the comments that the same thing happened to someone else and they did eventually get a refund. We’ll see.

These thongs are horrible. They came all smashed down so the entire top of the thongs are moved over to the right and cut my foot. Plus they are just too bulky. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from the "fluffy" commercial. I finally wore these thongs and the "wrap-around" area caused a rubbing and painful irritation on my big toes. I wasted $30 and will never wear these things

I consider things a waste of money for other sandals like this, but that are better I bought two pairs one in a size 8 and the other in the size they fit pretty much the same that size 9… I got are on the left is a little shorter than the right which leaves the back of my foot hang off of it, and when I walk my foot moves to the side. I thought they were supposed to keep your feet secure so your feet would stay aligned with your body and they took forever to get here. I had to call in the company ask where they were I’m giving them three stars because the size 8 seems to be a little bit better at least they’re the same size I just read that cozy slides are supposed to be made in Italy. I bought mine off the cozy side site. Website But my Cozi slides say that they are from China. How can the cozy slide website be fake

They scammed me...I never got my slides I ordered!!!

We ordered Cozislides. They took so long to arrive, we didn’t think they were coming. Once we received them, we realized the shoes were definitely not as advertised. The pair I received is defective; the shoe for my left foot is “wonky” and uneven. A very short stint wearing them caused a painful blister. The shoes are very uncomfortable. They run small. They are not wearable. I consider them a total waste of my money. I regret the purchase. I guess it’s needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this company again.

As many before me have written PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The website promises fast shipping and delivery in 10-14 days, which frankly is ridiculous in these modern times. However, you have zero chance of receiving them in 14 days. It’s time for a class action suit for false advertising!!!

Disgraceful service - DO NOT ORDER from these rogues. Delivery promised in 10-14 days. 11 days later my order has not even been actioned. But full payment has been taken. No signs of it even leaving the warehouse and they REFUSE to cancel my order and refund, even tho i will no longer be in UK.
Daylight robbery!!!!!
