I wish I didn’t even have to give this company one star!!!!!! I have ordered my stroller over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t not received it! They actually keep giving me the run around. It’s probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked for a refund. And still nothing!

One of the worst places to buy clothes. This is a scam. I ordered stuff in 2XL and it would sit one arm. Products are so small and the worst quality. I tried to ship back the items and they ended up coming back to me after 3 months. DON'T buy anything from this place!

Similar to others' experiences. Ordered suede jacket with stand up collar end of January. After several complaints via email I received jacket today. Not suede, regular collar, cheap, thin material, no lining, threads hanging off collar. Planning to contact ASA and Trading Standards. Yet given that cosystylelife present as a 'western' company, they in fact exist in China, so I don't imagine UK organisations will be able to do anything about it. Facebook should dump them from their list most certainly and take a bit of care as to who they allow to advertise. As a former newspaperman, the editor would often vet adverts in our papers. And would be held accountable if there was a dispute proven on the complainant's side. Trying to contact FB is, I have found, impossible. I will never but anything again that is advertised on Facebook. Hopefully, others will be of the same opinion.

Like the rest,I ordered on the basis of the online ads,the first half of the order arrived eventually,reasonably close to what I ordered.I also ordered two jackets,one turned up three months later,wrong size,colour,style,no sign of the other,Taking it up with the card company but not optimistic.Scam.Avoid.

Bad idea ordering from this company. I ordered a jacket and I received a completely different jacket 6 weeks later.
I politely contacted the company and was told that I could either return the jacket at my own cost or receive a $23 coupon if I kept it.
No return address, no refund. Not good.

Cozystyle advertise via Facebook. I bought a jacket. It took 7 weeks to arrive and when it finally arrived it bore no resemblance to the appearance or quality of the jacket ordered/pictured on their site. Their products were advertised as 50% off. I therefore contacted them by email several times. I was offered
vouchers at the value of £35 for the £51 ordered item or the option to return the item to them for a full refund. I agreed to the latter. I was informed by Cozystyle that I would have to pay for return post of item. I agreed to this. The 'Return to' Address was to China, but bizarrely with an incomplete Slough UK postcode at the end of it which the Post Office clerk told me doesn't exist - that the item will not be received by the seller if posted, much as I suspected. So I returned home with it to re-contact Cozystyle again. This I did, asking for a correct address and postcode this time to try return this item once more. In their email response no correct address or postcode was provided to this consumer to return said item - I was simply told in a broken English email to return the problem to the Post Office when in fact it's Cozystyle's seller responsibility. There was no willingness on behalf of Cozystyle to clear up any obfuscation or to make repayment a clear or possible process. They also go by the name of cozystylelife. There is also no willingness on their behalf to honour consumer rights. Recourse now to Trading Standards to follow-up on their activities.

Yes total sympathy with all other customers of 'cosystyle'. In dispute at the moment through PAYPAL to resolve the same situation others have experienced with this dreadful outfit. Received an item not resembling the item ordered at all and could not get a response to emails. Contacted PAYPAL and had a response for me to keep the item that i did not want and half the value refund against the item i ordered. Still in dispute, do not use this company. Trading standards should sort this out and facebook where i saw the add.

Awful experience. Ordered 4 products, only received 2. One was nothing like the quality or look on the website images and the other was the wrong product. Both were the wrong size anyway. Luckily I bought through PayPal and they helped get most of my money back. I accepted and offer in lieu of not having to send back the products to CHINA! In hindsight, I should have held out for a full refund. Not recommended

This is a scam I ordered something and still have not recieved it. Cant get ahold of anyone by messages or phone. Do not fall into this scam!!!!

Appalling scam. Do not order from this scam website. I ordered what looked like a nice waistcoat. Picture looked good and at £40 looked like a good buy. What I received was a shiney imitation which was nothing like the photo and clear cost pennies to make. Absolutely no resemblance to the item ordered. I emailed and was responded to, but they would not give me a returns address or explain at all how I can return the item and be refunded. Over 20 emails later I am still no further forward and I have had zero response to every one if these 20+ emails. Complete scam!

Lovelygrocer all the people in this together there are no companies e-mail sites are fake o tired to google the company there are no companies in site they use other well known company names to scam and you'll never get your merchandise or refund these sick people im so pissed right now i

If it is possible to give less than one star I would. It is my mistake that I did not check the review sites. The quality is terrible. I have sent four emails so far to the service department and received no replies. I can only assume that this is a complete scam and that I will struggle to be able to send these goods back. I intend to pursue this through the credit card system if I do not receive a response.

SCAM!! They will send you very cheap poor quality items and when you try to get a refund, they impose conditions that can be barely met and expect you to incur more costs. One of their conditions is that you cannot use reputable ways like FedEx or ups to return the item. Wonder why they are still in business. STAY AWAY!

This site is a scam. The product you eventually receive is NOTHING like the product pictured. STAY AWAY.

Scam site that moonlights as a spam site. I Put something in a basket in testing site out for what was obviously FAKE, with prices far too cheap to be real (15$ for a $100+ midi keyboard) and now a never-ending spamfest demanding I purchase my basket. Gtfo and beware.
