Order bug
So...dealing with CPapdirect is painless enough. I feel the products are over priced and delivery takes too long. I had a problem with the website inadvertently changing the size that I ordered and had to redo the order. Better pay attention and double check the order before submitting. What else it might change? They seem to have a problem with their system. Otherwise I have my product and it’s working.

Hi Larry - I'm terribly sorry for the issues with the website. I will definitely pass along the message to our tech team. As for the price of the products, we are handcuffed a bit by the manufacturer as to what we can charge, but I can assure you we do our best to pass along whatever discounts we can. On shipping, the order was placed on 1/23, shipped on 1/23 and was delivered to you on 1/25. I'd say that is a pretty quick turn around.
