Much easier than driving to the shop
I usually go down to Bundoora to get parts but on this occasion that was not possible in a short time frame, so i looked on-line and found the on-line process to be simple, easy to follow with prompt delivery, and within an expected price range.

Took me a week to be able to buy item…
Took me a week to be able to buy item as it was shown as in stock in store, however when I tried to checkout it would say sold out. A few messages back and forth, I finally was able to purchase what I badly needed for my machine. I tried buying from local store but was told to go on line and buy it myself as they don’t stock replacement parts 🙄🤨

Good service but a more literal photo of item and description is needed.
Service and delivery was good. I thought I was buying what looked like a mask insert from the picture displayed but it was actually a stretch band which fits around the rim of mask.. it works ok but expensive for what it is and I would have liked a better description and picture so I know what is arriving.
