Great tax service from CPA for expats

I appreciated how proactive the team was at CPA's for Expats. I didn't have to chase them. The process was clear and not cumbersome.

I found 2 mistakes in the final tax return though so I think they need to focus more on detail. Luckily I found them and they were resolved quickly.

CPAs for Expats have done my taxes the last 2 years and I've had a great experience. They are always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. It was an easy, straightforward process. Definitely recommend!

CPAs for expats responded and requested further details. I don't have any other details other than the tax preparer who was handling my taxes. His name was Tyler Leskin. CPAs said "emails can be delayed". This is the problem. You can't call or chat with a CPA like with Turbotax. You are stuck with corresponding by email, and when your CPA doesn't respond in a timely manner what are you supposed to do? How is this service better than Turbotax?

I contacted this service via an online webform multiple times to get started and didn't hear back. Then I sent them a direct email and I was contacted by a tax preparer. Unfortunately, it has been two weeks and they still haven't started working on my taxes because we are communicating by email and it takes the preparer several days to respond. I called the company's phone number but it is voicemail. I am now shopping for another service having wasted two weeks. I may just go back to Turbotax where I finished my taxes in two days and CPAS responded within a short period.

Dina has been very efficient in understanding the situation and doing the taxes
