Extremely money hungry company
Extremely money hungry company, pretty shocking actually. Do NOT recommend and will not buy from them again. Money is way more important than customer satisfaction.
Order took about 10 days to arrive, sent wrong size. I asked to return the pair of pants for a refund ( it was a final sale but I was leaving the country in a few days and just did not have the time to wait ) on what they told me that they will not refund but instead send me a replacement. They couldn't care less that I will not be home to accept the package now. The outcome : I shipped the package back to them ( took a week to arrive back to them ), they took about 2-3 days after receiving to dispatch a replacement, so the total time for the replacement to arrive to me - 2+ weeks. The courier dropped it off by the door and its been sitting there under all kinds of weather for another 3 weeks, the only good thing at the end was - pants were wrapped in plastic bag and that is what saved then from being destroyed completely! ( It was december-january weather in OHIO. 3 weeks under rain and snow ). The company really really wanted me to have those $55 pants so bad that they kindly disregarded all the concerns that I presented to them. $55 ended up being much more important than a "happy" customer. Good job guys! You lost me forever!
