We are deeply sorry that you had an issue with one of Emma's brushes initially, however I have checked the ticket you had with one of our colleagues Karen and it seems like she resolved the problem you had, and sent you a replacement of the brush. This problem rarely occurs as we typically make sure that the brushes are of the highest quality for our valued customers to enjoy, but we do apologize for the rare mistakes that slip through our checks.

Regarding your recent purchase of the Bamboo Brush Set, we're delighted to hear that you love them! However, here in your review you mentioned that the bristles are falling out. I’m shocked to hear this, as our brushes are hand tied, cut & glue to prevent this from happening. I also want to reassure you that this is an isolated incident, and apologise for the inconvenience it has caused. Upon checking, we haven't received any details regarding this within the email you sent to us. We’ll follow up via email to resolve this matter.

We genuinely value your satisfaction as a customer, and it's disheartening to hear that we fell short of your expectations. We are committed to improving our processes and ensuring that this type of experience doesn't happen again in the future.
