The process of submitting a model and…
The process of submitting a model and getting a quote is very easy and well executed in the UI. The list of options is excellent. The only piece that would make it better is if the service could also list potential import duty costs. It was shocking to find there was a 50% increase after my part had already shipped when it hit customs. This isn't CraftClouds fault, but it would make the service PERFECT if it could at least warn the user.

Printing / Eletro-Plating Defect
Two of the three prints I ordered came out fine. One however has a manufacturing issue with the engraving not coming all the way out clearly. I would like to contact the manufacturer in order to hopefully improve prints in the future.
