You are right, for DAP shipments, any applicable customs duties or import fees are not included in the product price and may be charged by local customs upon delivery. This is highlighted during checkout when selecting manufacturer offers.
Depending on the carrier (such as DHL or FedEx), import tax information and payment instructions are usually shared directly with the recipient. Our manufacturers and team at Craftcloud are always here to assist with the process, if needed.

The manufacturer did a very good job.
But you should cancel the shipper Hermes because the delivery was 10 days (from March 17th to 27th) at the delivery vehicle without any progress. The delivery is a part of the contract and so I only can give 3 stars.
The last time 2 years ago I had also trouble with Hermes. They didn't found my address.
The manufacturer would get 5 stars from me.
