I paid extra for the ”express package”. Ut was supposed to arrive within 2-3 business days, it took over 8. The package was supposed to be a birthday present. Needless to say it was a big disappointment when it didn’t arrive on time.

Glasses arrived safely. The glasses were very well packed. Took a little longer to arrive than expected.

First and foremost, purchasing, freight, commumication, packaging all mint. My only disapointment is the thickness of the glass. It's thin. As beer glasses I would have thought there would have been a bit of meat to them, after all these are more often dudes using them. Albeit some of them are likely soft handed hipsters, some of us physical hard working beer drinkers still like a fancy glass every now and then. Last thing I want to worry about is grabbing the thing and it shattering like humpty dumpty in my hand. They do feel very fragile.
