This is a scam

This is a scam. I bought a necklace from them in the past which was okay. But since they have started selling a rip off product from Ali express which is nothing like the images they advertised. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, well within the refund period. And not had a response.

Not true to size and couldn’t return

I ordered a phantom troupe hoodie for my boyfriend’s birthday and it took forever to get just for it not to fit when I gave it to him on his birthday. I wanted to return it with everything as it came and they told me they only had a 10 day return policy. Waste of $60. Clothing should at least be a 30 day return.

Bought a hunter x hunter judgement chain, paid for 4-8 day shipping and have still not received my item.

I have sent multiple emails regarding this and have messaged the business on Instagram yet still receive zero response. All in all this business is a big scam and you should NOT buy anything from it, their customer service reeks and i have heard that the chains colour changes after a couple of weeks of wearing it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY I BEG

My son purchased a necklace which was received however they then took out another payment and sent more items that had not been requested. We called the bank and they found the company had set up a subscription through Apple Pay. None of this had been agreed and there is no mention of this service being available in the companies website. We have emailed the company but dont expect a response based in the reviews. Bank have cancelled Apple subscription and bank card. This is a SCAM company AVOID.

We do not add anyone to subscriptions without consent. Subscriptions can only be activated if selected and agreed to during checkout. We never manually enroll customers into recurring payments.

If a subscription was created, it would have required an opt-in during the purchase process. That said, we’re always happy to review the order details transparently and provide screenshots or timestamps showing exactly what was selected at checkout.

Deceptive site selling garbage

I purchased a hoodie from this site that was total garbage. The hoodie in the pictures in the site was clearly a cotton style hoodie with embroidered details. There were multiple close up detail shots of the embroidery on the page for the item. However when it arrived it was printed polyester, 2 sizes too small, cheaply made drop shipped crap. The shipping took 3x longer than I was led to believe on their site. I am currently arguing with their customer service about refund and will likely just have to request a chargeback through my bank. If I could give them zero stars I would.Save your money and shop anywhere else but here.

We want to clarify that our product pages clearly outline the materials used for each hoodie, and many of our designs use a mix of print and embroidery depending on the specific detailing. We do not advertise full-embroidered cotton hoodies unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Regarding sizing, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help customers choose the best fit. If something feels off, we’re always happy to review sizing concerns and help with an exchange where applicable.

As for shipping times, we clearly communicate estimated delivery windows at checkout and in confirmation emails. While delays can occasionally happen due to carrier logistics, we never intentionally mislead customers on timelines.

I ordered a necklace and earrings

I ordered a necklace and earrings. I never received them. There is no place to contact concerning not getting the merchandise. The shipping does not take the number that Craftedbykaiyo gave me that it was shipped out. I do not think it was shipped out and I lost $54.00. I would not recommend this company at all. I definitely got scammed. They took my money and no information for shipping and my granddaughter received nothing for Christmas from me because of Crafted by Kaiyo

refund policy scam

I tried to return one item of clothing that I had not even worn, they stated that they would not refund me my money and instead give me a store credit even though I had requested the return well within their terms, I will never purchase from this place again. They even stated that a return facility was too far away from me, I'm in Texas, this was a scam from the beginning.

i grew up watching naruto with my older brother so when i saw craftedbykaiyo had a red cloud pendant i got super nostalgic and thought it would be the perfect thing to have. i budgeted up for it too, wasn’t just a random buy for me. placed my order, got the shipping info, all good. the pendant arrived about a week later, but when i opened it, it just didn’t hit the way i imagined. it’s not even that it was bad, like it was packaged nice and everything, but the pendant was smaller than i thought and the red wasn’t as deep and vibrant as it looked online. felt more like a regular necklace than this super meaningful piece i had hyped up in my head. it honestly made me a little sad cause i was so excited for it lol. i reached out to customer service and they were kind, and gave me a refund without having to return anything i’m not gonna bash the brand or anything — i think they do cool stuff, it just wasn’t the emotional moment i was hoping for. maybe i’ll try again later with something else.

so i usually don’t leave reviews but figured i’d share my experience since i was super excited to order from craftedbykaiyo after seeing them on tiktok. i spent like 2 days picking the perfect pendant (i went with the AOT inspired one) and placed my order. everything seemed fine at first got the confirmation email fast, shipping update a few days later. but then it kinda went downhill. the tracking showed my package stuck at some facility for like a week, and i didn’t get any real updates. ended up emailing support and to their credit, they were super fast and polite they said it looked like the carrier had delays and offered to refund shipping. package finally showed up about 2.5 weeks after i ordered, which isn’t terrible but longer than i expected. when i opened it, the jewelry itself was… okay. not bad, but the colors weren’t as vibrant as the photos online and the pendant was lighter than i thought it would be. maybe my expectations were just too high, idk. i will say the packaging was nice and it was clearly made with some care, it just didn’t hit the way i hoped it would. i ended up requesting a return again, support was great about it, super easy process, no attitude or anything. overall i wouldn’t say this is a scam or anything shady like that. it’s just one of those cases where the product didn’t match what i had pictured in my head and the shipping delay made it more frustrating. maybe others will have better luck.

really wanted to love this but it just wasn’t for me. the necklace itself looked fine, just not as bright or detailed as i was hoping from the photos. customer service was actually really helpful when i asked about returning it tho, so no complaints there. just kinda bummed it didn’t work out, might try a different piece in the future.

not gonna lie the necklace i got is…

not gonna lie the necklace i got is nice but i thought it would be a little bigger based on the pics. it’s still cool and the design is clean, just felt a bit smaller than i expected for the price. shipping was pretty fast tho and it came packed good, no damage or anything. overall not bad, just wish there was a size comparison photo or something. might still order again but def gonna double check the sizing next time.

Shipping took a while and I contacted customer service. It was still within the shipping window so they told me I could wait a bit longer. Contacted them a few days later and they said they’d send out a replacement product, free of charge. Rating 3 stars for late product, I will update to 5 if the replacement gets here.
