I ordered a very sentimental gift for my son before Christmas, and was told it would arrive before Christmas, but it never arrived, even over a month later. I was given a full refund, but i would of rather had the gift for my son.

Paid £72 for a bracelet that ended up cutting into my wrist because the hearts are so sharp. I couldn’t buy another bracelet and the owner was in no way helpful! Anyway I stuck with it on my other wrist and it fitted sooo much better. I had it on for about 2 weeks and I was sat watching a movie one day, I reached for my drink and it snapped. No pressure was put on the bracelet. I always took it off when I bathed etc and yet it snapped.

For the price I paid I wouldn’t recommend them. The concept was great but for what you get I just wouldn’t bother! Plus I was left picking up the tiny beads for ages and days later still finding them.

Such a shame because the pictures look amazing but I just felt once the Monday was taken and my order was shipped the service was just not great. I wouldn’t buy again and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend!!
