From the moment I sent a tentative email with a rough wish list (dates, cities, must see attractions, food preferences, hotel category etc.), Johnny at Crafted India made the whole process feel effortless. He listened carefully, asked great questions and stitched together an itinerary that took us through the gorgeous Bernese Oberland, Lucerne, Zermatt, Rome, Florence, Venice, and Amalfi without a single wasted hour.

What really set the team apart was the human touch. When bad weather closed the Lucerne-Interlaken route midway, Johnny reassured us by text and was ready to book a back-up bus connection.. Fortunately the Swiss authorities made the arrangement themselves. The same thing happened in Italy which is notorious for rail strikes. Johnny alerted us and advised to leave a few hours early (well before the strike)

He also noticed from our travel documents that we would be in Amalfi on my husband’s birthday and proactively reserved a spectacular cliff-side restaurant in Positano. Those thoughtful gestures turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one.

The logistics were faultless - Swiss Travel Passes were waiting at the Lucerne hotel reception, our seats were reserved on the Glacier Express, we had skip-the-line tickets for Milan’s Duomo, and the driver in Zurich knew our flight had landed early. Every hotel met the brief.. clean, safe, and within strolling distance of good coffee. Zero stress plan!
