I recently purchased the Reaper and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of perfect.
The product quality is exceptional – well-built, exactly as described, and clearly made with care. I was also genuinely impressed by how fast the shipping was, especially considering it was an international delivery. It arrived much sooner than I expected, which was a great surprise.
The customer service team deserves a special mention – they were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of support these days.

I bought a toy for my kid and entered an address. They use Royal Mail for shipping. Something happened during transit. For some reason they said that I entered my address wrong. But when I ask what address did they have for delivery, it was the exact address that want it to be delivered. Royal Mail sent it back and they want to charge me another shipping or just refund me without the shipping cost. I did not cause the delivery mistake and I should not be liable for this. This company sucks. They still try to say it is my fault.

Hello, I’m really sorry this was frustrating; I’d be upset in your shoes too, especially when it’s a gift for your child.
As I mentioned in my earlier email, the parcel was sent to the exact address entered at checkout and shipped with Royal Mail (a UK delivery service). Once a parcel is handed to Royal Mail I don’t control their delivery decisions. In this case they returned the item to me.
When that happened I offered two clear options: I can reship the item if the return postage is repaid (I’ll use tracked delivery if you’d like), or I can issue a full refund for the item. If you prefer, I can also reship to a different address in case Royal Mail had an issue with the original one. Shipping fees are charged by Royal Mail and aren’t retained by my shop. I can’t absorb the cost of repeated shipments when the label matches the address provided.
I want to resolve this fairly, please message me directly with which option you prefer and ill sort it the best way I can.
