The puzzle received was fun but....
The puzzle received was fun to put together and unique, but there are multiple drawbacks:
-It took forever to received the puzzle after ordering. I had to follow-up multiple times with their online customer services.
-The box that the puzzle came was crushed, but we weren't able to see that it was crushed until after the gift was given and opened by the person who received the gift.
-There were also issues with a few of the puzzle pieces - one of the pieces has the laminate design part completely not attached, and a few of the pieces had edges of the laminate design broken off as we took them out of the wrapping.
Follow-Up: The company contacted me by email 3 days after leaving this review offering me a full refund for the puzzle if I gave them a 5 star review. Ha! No.

Still no order
I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered multiple puzzles and waited my time for a tracking number. Nothing came. When I emailed them I received a tracking number that still says awaiting shipment details. I have emailed twice since I was assured the order would be delivered with no response. All I want are the puzzles as advertised and what I paid for. Order from Craft-hub with caution.

Bought this puzzle for my friend for Xmas as the advertisement was lovely so what I did expect is a lovely box all the piece in a sheer bag .
Well what did I get the jigsaw pieces in a plastic zip bag and in a see through plastic box looks so cheep.

Although the puzzle was quite lovely there were many pieces missing and it could not be completed! My granddaughter, nor I, were very impressed with this purchase.
I purchased two others for gifts and hopefully they don't have the same problem.

Very poor quality products being sold for a very hefty price. Discounts are just clickbait. The price you pay is probably atleast 10x the worth of these products. No option for return - you’ll pay the return which is addressed in the US even though the product was obviously shipped from China.

order #239843 - refused to issue my refund.
I messed up my order and tried to cancel the order as soon as I hit submit, I tried to email them for the next 7 days to cancel my order, a week later they emailed me that they had already sent it and told me I could send it back if I didn't want the puzzle. I had the post office send the product back, I then repeatedly sent e-mails to get my refund which the company ignored. I wrote then wrote negative reviews, still no refund. I then had my bank issue a charge back to them for my refund, after they failed to issue me a refund or reply to my e-mails. After my reviews, they have asked for my e-mail and phone number but have never contacted me to resolve this, there only response is if I remove my charge back, they can more forward to resolve the problem. They had 5 weeks to resolve this and they did nothing. To this day, they have not confirmed that they will issue my refund. UPDATE: They complain I filed a chargeback to get my refund, they had a week to cancel my order but they chose to ignore me, then then had 4 weeks to issue me a refund, but again they chose not to, they say they tried to contact me, but I never received a phone call or e-mail to resolve this issue, even now a week later, they complain that I filed a chargeback, but have done nothing to resolve the issue or refund my money. UPDATE #2, You are responding here, you have replied with the exact same response as you did the last couple of reviews, you still haven't tried to contact me by phone or email.

Please note that we are unable to issue you a refund because you filed a chargeback against us. That will disable our system's ability to issue a refund as it has to go through your bank. Our system says "(We submitted your response to the dispute on December 1, 2023 at 1:35 am. We’ll let you know when the bank makes their decision, which could take up to 75 days.)"
If you'd like to get your refund asap -you will need to call your bank and cancel the chargeback if they will let you do so. We also a paper trail of our email conversation since the beginning that will prove that you don't respond to our emails.

Missing piece of puzzle/Edit
I ordered the Peacock puzzle for my friend's birthday and although it was in a sealed plastic bag with a checked stamp. Unfortunately hers had a piece missing. Having tried multiple times for a reply to my emails I have now given up. RUBBISH COMPANY. EDIT Late Dec 2023, I have now received my replacement puzzle. Therefore changed my star rating. It was a shame this couldn't have been dealt with sooner. However, everything is now in order. Thank you for your help.

Fake tracking numbers?
Expected 6 to 9 day delivery is a lie. Ordered 25 days ago and I'm still waiting. If I would of known this was coming from China I never would of ordered. On the 19th I received an email saying it was delivered but the tracking number still shows in route. Very disappointed.
