Terrible Experience with a Waste of My Time and Money PLUS Constant Frustration!
Back in May 2019 I hired Craftive Web Studios to build me an Ecommerce Sales web site. In two years I have had six different project managers.
I was charged $2988 with 6 different charges to my business debit card and another $450 on 6/05 and another one on 7/17. I have an out of state limit on my debit card so instead of contacting me to remove the limits they did multiple charges.
My invoice receipt shows Craftive Logos, Not Craftive Web Studios and did not even show what web site the build was for.
This shows their bad communication practices and lack of being a professional company.
I would have to ask for simple basic edits over and over and over before getting anything done.
The site finally went Live late in July 2019 with the "Add to Cart" buttons and shopping cart not working and a lot of page edits still needing to be done.
According to their web site they can do a web build in 2 to 3 weeks... Not 3 Months!!
On August 30, 2019 I paid $1200 for 3 Years Website Maintenance with the invoice showing:
3 Years Website Maintenance
Hosting Maintenance
Website Maintenance
Website Changes
Last month LOSER LIAR James Rogers emailed I have gone through all of my edits per the 'Fair Usage policy'; “If you want to go for maintenance 1 years it without any fair usage policy it will cost you $899 per/year, If you go for 3 years, It will cost you $1499 for 3 Years.”
Totally NOT what the invoice says?!
BrandedWebStudios and CraftiveWebStudios is a DBA of Craftivelogos, also related to ProdigyWebStudios which are a Prodigy group of companies with many sub-brands.
They use pressure tactics of offering you discount coupons for one day only to bring the price down over 50% telling you it is a deal of a lifetime… It is a Nightmare of a Lifetime!!
I have almost 900 emails going back and forth with this worthless lying company.
I could go on and on with many more problems and reasons to Not hire this unprofessional con company.
Every Day I Regret Hiring These Worthless Stupid Ignorant Dumb Idiot Incompetent Lying Losers!!
It Was My Mistake Ever Hiring Them to Begin With... Don't Make the Same Mistake I Did!
