While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

CraftMyLetter helps you write the letters that need an answer, and follow them up until you get one. Pick your situation: a refund you're owed, a subscription that won't cancel, a security deposit, a visa refusal, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from a UAE employer, or a complaint that keeps being ignored. Answer a few questions and you get a clear, professional draft in about 30 seconds. Drafts are written by AI from your answers, and you review and edit every letter before it goes anywhere. Your first letter is free, with no credit card. If you'd like us to send it, we send the letter on your behalf from our own domain, tell you when it's delivered and opened, and collect the reply in one place, summarised in your language. With Follow-through, if the date you set passes with no answer, we draft the next letter for you. Nothing is sent without your approval. There are more than 70 letter types for work, consumer problems, housing, education and immigration, including UAE letters such as NOC requests, MOHRE labour complaints and RERA rent disputes. Letters can be written in five languages, including English and Arabic. Letter packs start at $4.99 for 10 letters and never expire. A tracked send is $4.99. Purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. CraftMyLetter is a writing and sending tool, not a law firm, and nothing it produces is legal advice. For legal questions, please speak to a qualified lawyer. Questions or problems? Email support@craftmyletter.com.
