Terrible customer service. They dont respond to emails or messages via their website. I have made a return which they have failed to refund me for and wont respond to any messages. I wont be buying from them again

I have heel spurs and burn through every type of training shoe possible so fast and with so much pain in the blisters! I discovered the craft ultra while searching for something with a soft heel. Ican honestly say these are so amazing I'm looking for another pair genuinely. No more pain, no more heel holes and NO MORE BLISTERS! I over mine and wish id found them sooner! Great feel comfortable super lightweight and just the best runners I've had and I've tried brookes, mizuno, ascics the works. If like me you have heel spurs these are your saviour to allow you to keep running and doing what you love!
I ordered Craft Eaze Track & Field pants and Craft Fuseknit Comfort Round Neck Short Sleeve t-shirt from this company in Nov 20. My experiences were:
1. No confirmation email after purchase. I need to contact them on their website for delivery details.
2. Poor product quality. t-shirt too tight and didn't tailor to your body (i.e I am a standard medium size man 66kg). Regarding the pants, it's a joke. The pants didn't have any cord or elastic band at the waist. Didn't know how to wear. It fell off immediately without a question.
3. I have to pay for the return postage. I returned the 2 items by RM 2nd class signed for cause I didn't feel good about this company so I wanted to be sure. Nevertheless, they said they just received the t-shirt only but not the pants. So, they partially refunded me, and I lost almost £50 in the end.
Never fully trust a small company even it provides PayPal payment. If you feel suspicious, go for more reputable brands which usually provide free return of their products.
