I sent a query to Craftsuprint via their online support team and quickly received a reply which was followed up with further information. Very good customer service. The site has an enormous range of craft downloads plus tutorials so it is going to be my ‘go to’ website in future!

I did not recieve my order craftsuprint were so helpful and understanding after a 3 weeks ut still didnt arrive so they sent me a replacement, no arguments the first parcel came the same day but looked like it had been through a mincer. They said to salvage what i could and keep. Highly reccomed this small family business so kind friendly and very helpful. I have been using them for years and this is the first time i had to get in touch with them . No judgement just so helpful. Will definately keep using them for many years to come.

The speed of their response to my problem was fast.i lost everything i had bought over many years.they managed to find my orders and send them to me they are absolutely amazing.they have helped me before when i bought the same items more than once the best customer service ive ever experienced thanks crafty bob xxx

Fantastic customer service!!! I mislaid my purchased downloads and contacted the team for assistance. Sarah was back to me so quickly (despite it being a Sunday) and was an amazing help. She re-sent the files and offered further assistance if needed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

I was having trouble downloading the cards I had purchased so contacted CUP and was very impressed with their very prompt service. Problem fixed.
It is the first time I have experienced any problems with this site and I would highly recommend them. Their cards are lovely.

Absolutely brilliant page!! Have been looking for something like this but everything wanted a monthly subscription fee, I saw these guys advertised on Facebook and they stocked the kind of backgrounds I was looking for and I’m incredibly impressed!!
I reported a technical issue with their website tonight where it wasn’t allowing me to search, I had a reply on their Facebook Messenger and a reply on their emails within 30 minutes and the issue was fixed. Brilliant service!!

I love Craftsuprint; it is my goto for all my digital craft papers. There's so much choice, and I love all the freebies.

This company is amazing, they have thousands of card designs to choose from and so many freebies too! They are very kind and will go the extra mile, I needed my purchases re-sent to me and they did it with no problem at all. Fully recommend this company for various crafts.

Great choice of cards .just brought there paper pk which is better than pro paper.You get loverly finish. But paper expensive .and never seems to have offers on the paper..which if they did people would buy more...
