Slightly disappointed with customer service
I really wanted to place an order with this company, but was apprehensive to do so without a visual. Whilst they seemed happy to cater to my bespoke requirements, they were unwilling to supply me with a visual until I had placed my order and parted with £140, which is a risk I’m not happy to take on a large order in case the design is not as expected - they advised that font and sizing would have to change to cater my needs, but I had to purchase the item before seeing a digital mockup.

We understand your apprehension about placing a significant bespoke order without seeing a visual mockup first. It's completely reasonable to want assurance that the final design will be exactly what you envisioned, especially when font and sizing adjustments are necessary.
As a small business, we dedicate professional editing and design time to create a personalised mockup for our custom orders. Because this is a manual process, we are unable to supply visuals before an order is placed.
We did want to clarify that the designs would have been sent to you for your approval prior to being sent for production. This would have ensured that you would be happy with the bespoke designs before they were made.
We apologise that our process didn't align with your comfort level for this potential order. We would be happy to discuss this with you further if you have any questions.

Great book. Can’t say a bad word about it. Didn’t come with the stickers. I was contacted and was told I would get another one sent out and still didn’t get them
