Poor aftercare service
Poor aftercare service. Very difficult to extract contact. System installed for developer and maintained by Crane. Residents have thus paid for it to be installed & maintained by way of purchase price & service charges since but unable to access the system following change of management company appointed by the developer to one appointed by residents under RTM. Neither old management company, nor Crane, interested in assisting residents leading to problems with intercom & key fob programming. Neither want to know leaving residents stranded
