Was a good website at first, i've probably withdrew around $20k in winnings, my issue is the end goal , i deposited $500 and wound up hitting $45,000 on a $1000 buy, on sugar rush 1000 , then kept playing and playing and built the account to $120,000 , which is by far my biggest win i've ever had, after that they send me kyc thing to verify my info since i was level 1, provided all documents , id, proof of address etc, they kept denying my request, never told me why they just kept making excuses then eventually stopped responding, i knew this would happen , my advice just be sure to do kyc before anything, dont wait til a big win because they will pull some bs like this, besides roobet or gamdom is 10x better, crashino is just too shady, limitations are way too low , $6000 a week to be exact, it's like they wait for you to hit big before they do anything, and tbh i wouldn't even waste my time here, hope this helps
