my old charger tray wobbled and slots never held batteries snug, but here every cell snaps in firm, no shifting even if bumped. i actually trust it will charge all the way now, unlike last one that stopped halfway if touched. nothing fancy, just solid fit for once.
Hi, I received a metal sign from yourselves which was damaged in transit. I immediately contacted yourselves showing photos of the damage. Happily to say you returned full payment back to my debit card and never asked for the sign back.

I emailed customer services to organise an exchange, but after seven emails this has not been possible.
I would avoid this company at all costs poor service, no returns ability either.
