I would give it a 0

I would give it a 0, but 1 is the lowest it will go. Just using it for free shows and I usually spend 10 minutes in commercials before it actually will play I segment of the show. It then works until the next commercial set and I have to start all over again. When it goes back to the show it is not where left off, it is back sometimes 4 shows. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE,

I have crave through my service…

I have crave through my service provider (telus). Crave just billed my Visa $56.00 for a service I already am paying for. Asked for credit and was refused as the subscription auto renewed yesterday. In my opinion a sneaky way to make a buck. Not impressed!

It never works properly

It never works properly. Doesn’t save where you are in between different devices and then it’s awful trying to fast forward too. It also always freezes. They managed to update the interface but somehow didn’t fix anything that was actually wrong with it. It’s sad that this is where all the good shows are and Canadians only have this to watch them on.

Horrible service

Horrible service, I currently have the basic plan I wanted to see if it was worth it to upgrade and it’s not!!! Non stop buffering, lagging , shows just drop or the screen goes dark but you can still hear the show playing. I subscribed so I could stream on my smart tv’s it’s a waste of time I get better service on the free version of YouTube.

If you love ads, ads, and more ads, sign up to Crave!

The WORST streaming media service on the planet. Glitches like every hour, lags horribly on reliable high speed, and the ad version forces to watch ads upon ads - they play at the start, every time you cross an ad boundary during seek (back OR forward) you have to watch more ads (makes you think the glitches are intentional), and of course their seek doesn't have previews so you have no idea where to resume okay and more ads. Ads, ads, ads. These people are bloodthirsty snakes and as soon as I'm done watching my series I'm bailing and NEVER coming back. You think this company has a goal of making its customers angry and providing the poorest experience imaginable. Snakes.

false advertising

Crave made a retention offer. I accepted. It did not go through and they will not honor it. I have emails from Bell saying I accepted it. What a scam. Told me to sign up and wait for another promotion after paying full price again. Some retention offer. I will not give any money to crave or bell media again.

App never works

Last time I joined Crave there was numerous issues with app so I cancelled and you guys kept charging me so I had to cancel my credit card to stop charges. I stupidly signed up again and it refuses to let me in stating I need to pay for subscription .
I am canceling and I hope you don't keep charging me.
Crave sucks!!!

Playback error on my tv for any of…

Playback error on my tv for any of their content. If I cast to my TV from my laptop, the same message. Every single other app out there works on my TV. And weirdly enough, I previously had a Crave subscription on the same tv that I cancelled a year ago, and it worked fine. Filed a complaint, and now a week later, they're still 'investigating my ticket', but encouraged me to watch it on my other devices. I'm calling them for an update on a service I'm paying for that I can't watch. Thanks.

Horrible!

I’d give this service - 1000 stars! How can this service be real? Biggest waste of time and all time the worst I’ve ever used. Never works, constantly stalling, never logs in correctly. Some shows are only in French??? When the original movie is in English? Makes zero sense. Always a constant problem and is the most expensive of all streaming???? Get this service shut down immediately

Do we have a ZERO STAR?

Do we have a ZERO STAR? I've only had Crave for three days and have had nothing but problems. The entire system dropped in the middle of a show today. I'm being told I have to "Subscribe" when I have a subscription until March 19th. I cannot believe how terrible the system is. My girlfriend also couldn't sign in, the system wouldn't recognize her password etc. HORRENDOUS experience.

Just flush your money down the toilet, it's better than Crave

The majority of movies are in French or ASL to make it look like they have an actual catalogue without having to pay for English content. The movies that are in English and actually decent have ads. Crave is so terrible that they must have put considerable effort into being this bad because the level of sucking could not naturally occur without a determined plan to be the worst streaming service the world has ever seen.
