If i could give negative stars i would. I just got 8 ads in under a minute just for rewinding then pressing play. Crave is not worth it at all. You are better just watching on a streaming website or another service that doesnt spam ads on you

Terrible for ads, literally start with 4 ads, rewind 20 seconds in a movie, get hit with 2 more ads, move forward another 10 seconds and get another 3 ads, so stupid on god.

This is the worst streaming service

This is the worst streaming service. Similar to other reviews, the app lags. The ux is terrible and there are basic functions missing. You get spammed with ads, incessantly. The same ones in a loop. I know now I will never use rotorouter, or buy clothes at Simons. I will never use AutoTrader. It’s been like aversion therapy. Don't bother with Crave. Even with a free trial, you're going to get aggravated.

At this point, I only have Crave when there's some kind of deal or I can get it free. I will never pay full price for it again, and I don't think I'll ever even pay for trials anymore, because it's gotten worse and worse over time. Things don't start when they're selected to play and only show a black screen, so I have to back out, check for updates again, clear the cache again, restart Fire TV again...and I have to do this two or three times before I can actually watch something, and several times during.
My continue watching list doesn't update so it's showing things that I finished watching months ago. When I am in the middle of watching something, continue watching never shows it where I left off. I have watched entire series to completion and they're still showing in season 1 in my continue watching list.
It's awful, unreliable, cuts out constantly out of the blue, and all of the so-called customer service suggestions that it's my internet connection are ridiculous because literally everything else works. It's just Crave that's garbage.

If I could give no stars I would. Crave increases its price and it still steam’s terribly it freezing every 10 seconds, everything’s unbearable to watch, I can’t watch a movie or a series without going crazy. Free streaming services are way better and yes a mean way better than crave. Crave is a scam. I rather pirate the shows and movies that are on crave than go on it is terrible, horrible, nasty, disappointing and disgusting.

So, I couldn't watch alot of movies because they are in French, of course I call them as I am a top tier client and want this fixed, paying 22.99 month, I checked on my phone and the movies in French on my roku TV are in English on my phone??? I was shocked as the tech guy who called me Said I would need to add the Starz package to get all my content in English,so I says move down a tier to 11.99month , he says nope crave at that tier won't work on my TV.lol. me thinks crave does suck and need money or better tech guys lol going to miss them.

I have to give a star rating I’d give less than one star
I was a faithful and loyal costumer with Crave for 7 years
i stayed with Crave with the subscription increases but then I couldn’t do it anymore it became to expenisve
I needed to down grade and with that came SO MANY ADS. If I wanted that I’d have kept cable !!
Shame on you CRAVE
I will be cancelling my subscription in a few week and will be telling all my friends why
I know you don’t care… what is 1 plus maybe 10 subscribers lost when you have millions
I just hope you don’t succumb to the masses
So may many networks failed prior to you becuse they didn’t listen to their followers

New subscriber. Crap service.

New subscriber. Took an hour with issues signing in. I couldnt believe how many ads there were. I counted. 23 ads per episode. And theyre all the same. So I upgraded. Took 3 hours to get through one episode because it kept stalling and then crashing. I called customer service and she said there's nothing that can be done. I said so I just wasted 35 dollars and she said yes. Loool absolutely the worst how are they allowed to exist??

Too many ads

Currently paying 11.99/mth + tax for the basic services with ads. Absolutely ridiculous amount of ads. Approxinately 60 seconds of ads for every 10-20 minutes of content i watch. Whats the point of paying so much per month for as many ads as I get? Stupid that these services are becoming the equivalent of a tv package that they were originally competing with. Of all streaming services Ive used (And ive used them all) this is by far the most money hungry platform of them.

Money grab by crave, don't subscribe

I had crave TV for a year on both a Sony Bravia and a Roku. The basic plan and when I renewed all of a sudden it would not work on my Roku TV set. I had a chat with one of the technical people and they tell me that due to technical reasons it doesn't work on my Roku, unless it's the premium package! The basic system doesn't work on my Roku. As I just mentioned it had been working for an entire year and now the only way it will work is if I upgrade to premium. What a money grab. This is ridiculous so I canceled the whole thing and I recommend nobody take crave..

Crave TV is a scam.

Crave TV is all about taking money in and not interested in providing service. I signed up last night for their basic service to try it for a month and see if I wanted to subscribe for more after. Well, it turns out that my Roku TV, even though I can put the crave tv app, can not get the basic subscription on it but I can put the premium. It is a limitation put in place on purpose. I find that outrageous. I was okay to have ads forced on me despite paying a subscription, but then they also limit the type of tv that can have a basic subscription. I told them that it is a scam. So I requested a refund as I just signed up last night and called them this morning. Well, it turns out that they will not provide a refund at all despite me not using the service. By the way, on the description of the plan, they do not say that they limit the type of hardware. I am amazed by the terrible service they provide.

The worst

The worst! Tried to watch ‘The Pitt’….jumps to ads, then freezes on return. Try to back up, it goes to more ads, then MAYBE it goes back to the show. It often continues to a different section of the series. In short, it’s AWFUL. They clearly haven’t mastered the insertion of ads.
