Andrew was a true professional who took pride in his work to give us the best possible service. He even took time to source the exact facial tiles on the front of the property as he changed the gas pipe on the front of the property.

Andrew came out after his normal working day to troubleshoot my Nest Thermostat which had been left non functional following a Kitchen Install.

Andy did not do the boiler servicing which was included in the offer when we engaged him for his service to supply and install a boiler. When approached at the time, he kept making excuses and we never got the service despite chasing several times. Disappointing.

Edit 25/12/21. The response below stating the service was offered is not accurate. Refer to your email records. One of your responses is below and nothing happened after a series of excuses. At first you agreed to come, the you stated you had forgotten you were on, then you were unwell, Then no response after that!

‘So sorry, I've been ill the last couple of days, can I make it tomorrow as I'm not recovered fully yet, I have no energy and feel very weak still, hopefully tomorrow I'll be ok.

So could we please reschedule again to tomorrow, sorry to mess you around.

Very professional service. I had a radiator moved so a simple job. They were quick to come and quote and were flexible with our requirements. Quotes came through in a professional manor and the work completed with no fuss and mess. Even when I had a call to collect my son from nursery they were happy to wait in the van whilst I did this. I would happily recommend their services to everyone.

I have used Andrew twice recently and have two positive reviews:
(1) Many thanks to Andrew for his wonderful assistance; he was patient, tidy, really helpful and highly professional throughout the job. I feared it was going to be a lot more difficult than it turned out to be. After extensive testing, which Andrew undertook in a patient manner in cramped spaces the pressure issue was traced to an area under the concrete floor. I shall have no hesitation in requesting Andrew in the future, his technical knowledge was outstanding and we were very lucky to locate him as he put right previous work carried out by less competent qualified gas engineers.
(2) Andrew attended on time, was through and tested the gas fire extensively. He took more trouble than previous heating engineers, checked outside flues and took numerous measurements. The engineer was tidy and left the site clean. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who wants a competent, experienced and friendly heating engineer, he knows his heating engineer skill set thoroughly'.

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very knowledgeable about his job, quickly identifying problems and coming up with ideas to overcome them.

Excellent Nest installation - not a straightforward job but managed to get it all working perfectly, explaining how the system works and setting it all up ready to go. Would not hesitate to recommend for Next installations.

Andrew was amazing and helped out with every query thrown at him. Will definitely be using him as our regular engineer from now on.
