I love BBC Podcasts. Craybeck law are the subject of one; Shadow World (regarding wills and Lifetime Powers of Attornies). OMG
I am certainly not using them after hearing thet BBC podcast report.
Great that another person has highlighted the disgusting antics of Ron Hiller of Craybeck Law. PLEASE BEWARE. He seems legitimate but from what I have heard he's not even a qualified Solicitor, but he is able to create a power of attorney which allows him to take control of the vulnerable elderly person's money. It's despicable. Radio 4 have been investigating - the series in online now.
