I ordered on 11th Aug .. so far no response. And customer support is zero. I don’t know if my money is lost or they will send the product.

In line with other reviews on here - I am still waiting for an order which was placed 16/12/24. Since 17/12/24 Royal Mail tracking has shown as them expecting it from Craze London. I have phoned them and left a message. Strangely my phone shows me dialling The Kings Head!! I have emailed twice with no response. I have advised them they really don’t want too many more negative reviews…….but I have a feeling they will get them! Appalling company. This review was also placed after receiving two emails, which I presume are automated, from them asking me and then reminding me to leave a review here!

Trying to moderate my language but these people are simply a joke.
Ordered a bag with 4-5 days delivery.
On 6th day sent them an email asking where my bag was to their contact email address.
No response.
Next day another email.
No response.
On 8th day phoned them on 07448 6731168 (number on website).
Message only, no person to speak to.
2 hours later, sent text “answer my enquiries”.
Nothing.
Royal Mail tracking not working properly.
When the tracking number is eventually recognised on day 7 they say “We’re expecting it”.
Probably from Timbuktu.
Here's the funniest bit, I then get an email on day 8 from Trustpilot and Reviews.io asking me to review these clowns.
I have, this is it.
What a disaster.
Avoid them like the plague.
Update 3 weeks after placing order, no sign of it, still no response from these people as to where my order is. Asked for immediate cancellation of order 5 days ago, and demanded refund of money. First and only response “with courier”. Absolute disgrace. Shouldn’t be in business. Do NOT order from them.

Placed an online order on 6 January 2024 but didn’t receive an order confirmation or dispatch email. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order after checking out with the order number and date. Goods were never received and on 16 January I received a request to leave a review so here I am… I’ve emailed their customer service but will be asking my credit card provider to get the money back if I don’t hear back within a reasonable timeframe

Bags very good response a bit slow but could of been as I ordered just before christmas quality very good.

They also sell everything £10 dearer on Amazon so suspect they had sold what I had ordered that way instead. Giving 3 stars as the refund turned up quickly, but can't review the item as never received.

The bag(s) are really nice. I accidently ordered 2. Immediately emailed the company, no reply, so both bags arrived. Contacted them as per their returns policy, no reply.
This would have been a 5 star review of product and price if not completely ignored!
