Had ordered a lain red saree as per the displayed pic Order # 187165.
Received a cheqx multi colored saree on COD basis.
Immediate next day reported problem by email to their suggested email-ID.
Till date nobody bothered to respond.There customer care given is 2616721211. Calls do not go through.
GOD SAVE THIS COMPANY. REST BE CAREFUL ORDERING ON THEM.

extremely Bad ,ordered black sequence saree.it was really bad quality ,sequence was not proper and was cheap looking too.
kept writing to them ..no response .they should be registered in consumer court for fraud
I bought the product for 1599 and its not even worth 500 rs. Refund is far off thing they did not take any return or even gave me option of replacement ..no one responded for the mails or calls I did

dont buy any product from this site. it is fully fake. im one of the customer worried a lot. i purchased saree and that saree is worst material it cost they charged is Rs.1499 but it worth is Rs. 300-400 only. cheeppppppp quality of product. dont prefer this site. and also they didnt take for return also i called so many times but they didnt respond me. dont purchase any product from crazy and demand. they are fully fraud. please read customer reviews all said like this only

I have ordered a Kurt'is . I received a cheap kurtis which is not the one shown in picture. I have asked for return.but no one responded the mail .
It's fraud company. Should be banned immediately. I request you the govt of India please send the jail who run this company. You have read their review they must be cheated thousands of people but I will must say one day the owner of the company will be behind the bar.

Craze and demand are fraudsters... The Saree was nothing near to what was shown.. It looks like a curtain which costs a bomb.. There is no return policy.. The phone number provided is not responding.. I want my 2000 bucks back u cheaters

VERY VERY BAD. Ordered a soft silk (described as) saree for Rs. 1450. On delivery found a horribly low quality saree. Calls not answered, mails bounce back. WORST EXPERIENCE ON A DIWALI DAY :-( If they are truly business people, they should call back and return the money.

Very very bad online sellers. They are frauds. Never buy anything from them. They are not even replying to mail or picking call

I am cheated by Craze N Demand. Last week I ordered for a beautiful silk saree as per the company's website. Yesterday I received the product and to my utter dismay it was of extremely low quality and did not match the web description in any way. Immediately I mailed the company for money refund but they have not answered to my mail. I am cheated and have wasted my hard earned money. I should have gone through the reviews before ordering anything from the company. I request everyone to never purchase anything from this company.

Very very bad experience. Completely its a fraud site, dont buy from here. U can get better options. I ordered a saree and that was completely different from the photo which is shown in website, which is not worth. And nobody is ready to respond to the calls nor email. Guys request you not to order any things from this worst website.Very very poor service

Fraud n Unprofessional service, Dress wear is completely different from what is shown in the photographs.

They don't even respond to the emails and calls once you place refund request.

Strongly recommend to spread this message about the fraud company and let our known one do not falls in their trap.

I order silk saree from their website and I got is worst product very cheap I paid 1400 for it and now he is not answering my call I drop them mail with return request no answer at all.

Please tell me if anyone faced same and able to return the product and got refund ?

I had ordered a saree which looked wonderful. But the saree I got is no where close to what I had ordered. I tried to get in touch with the person over WhatsApp for return but no response. I feel cheated. His no is 6353677913. He is checking all my msgs but not responding. Tried to mail but the email is bouncing back and customer care number doesn't exist. Kindly help ppl from such fraudsters. Don't get cheated

One number cheater, 2 sarees were order , delivered very cheap quality sarees. Tried to contact for return pickup as soon as parcel opened. Customer care no. Not working. Mailed request without response. Tried to contact on facebook/Whatsapp without response. Fraud company. Don't buy. Dr Sujata Somvanshi.

They are fake...they give the wrong and worst product ..can not be used alternate. Even... Wrong product seems like this product is road side material...they don even resply for return and forget about refund

My AWB no is TLP 1000003473.without reading the reviews I placed an order for Rs.12500,a month ago.inspite of my repeated reminders and requests the company has not responded. Having difficulty in tracking also.absolutely no cooperation.a very bitter and mournful experience.

I have ordered a beautiful saree on last Sunday and received a worst very poor quality saree yesterday. Immediately I wrote a mail for returning the sarees.
Sent a reminder mail today, but no response.
Please don't buy anything in this.
