Placed an order for Christmas gifts for some people at work (£70 one) with an expectation that despatch would happened within a few days as indicated on their website and email notification -Time was fast approaching and I received no despatch notification over a week later so chased - no response, emailed them again - no response. Finally had a despatch notification today after 8 working days - Far too late as the team break up for Christmas today. Poor communication and experience - Havent received the sweets yet so cant comment on the quality of the sweets but either way I wont be using them again.

I absolutely love the chocolate and pistachio spread I’ve never tried this before it’s my first time trying this one but WOW I love this one thank you so much crazy candies there staff are so polite and very helpful and always great on there recommendations on there best selling products I will definitely be back for more 😊

I made a very last minute purchase before Christmas and was contacted regarding an item that was out of stock. The staff member recognised that I was placing an order for banana flavoured sweets and offered some alternatives which was very thoughtful.

Package arrived quickly and my wife loved everything!

Absolutely fantastic company have ordered twice now , slight issue with the courier on the second one however crazy candy swiftly sorted this out and replaced missing items although it wasn’t their fault thank you guys looking forward to the next one

I have ordered from these guys several times. The orders have arrived on time the service is incredible. They have a wide range of snack and drinks from different countries. I'm able to get my absolute favourites thanks to these guys. I'd highly recommended ordering something for yourself 5 star review is the most I could do

Absolute game changer freeze dried sweets. They were so good and as for the pick and mix wow! So fresh we can’t get enough of them. They were delivered promptly in a well packed box. We can’t get enough of crazy candy co!

Amazing sweet n treats for everyone. There is always new items coming in from around the world and it’s always soooooo good when the delivery arrives. I’ve ordered over 18 times n will go bak again and again. I can highly recommended

I ordered some drinks witch i am fine with and liked plenty and 1 American bakery brownie cookie box that tasted like the smell of plastic that they just sell not make themselves so i did not like them wont get that item again. A drink was refunded apparently out of stock despite being in stock when i payed for the order so was a little disappointed but that can happen.

And this is the disappointing part for me and my sister i decided to order a £20 mystery box for me and a £10 mystery box for my sister sadly disappointed both were mixed together instead of separate. So we could not tell what was what or from witch mystery box the items were from possibly a bag separating them or cardboard divider in the box could help.
1 item from it these crisps was open partly witch can happen in rare cases so i did not really touch them both me and my sister thought it and the items we got wasn't worth the money we did not hate the items in the boxes just was disappointed what we got.

Sadly for me and my sister we wont recommend the mystery boxes themselves to our friends but that is us or buy the boxes again if we came back but anyone els that's fine its up to you they got plenty of other item you can get all the items from the boxes separate anyway.

The other stuff like drinks were fine i liked them and i would buy them again and other things separate just not the boxes. So i gave 3 of five stars 50/50 in the middle area do to not liking the boxes but also still liking other things.

So I ordered few items .
And to be honest I’m kind of disappointed and feel a bit mislead by the advertisement .
KitKat peanut seriously it’s a mini version.
Paying so much money for freeze dried candy just to find out it’s 6 pieces .
It is tasty I’m not going to lie but not worth the money.
Also twix , cookie dough came expired .

I’ve ordered from this company 8 times now and they are amazing! They constantly bring in new stock and deliver it very quickly. I had a problem with more order last time and I messaged them on instagram, and they replied within 10 minutes and helped me recover my order. Their customer service is amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I tried contacting you via your email contact form on your website. Since that hasn’t worked and I’m not on social media I have to reply here to say the following: I am very familiar with the way American dates work, and yes the whole box of hunny buns had less than a month left on the date, and the several packs of chocolate turtles had less than a week left. When I opened one they had a bloom. I wouldn’t have ordered so many if I’d have known the short date, this wasn’t specified on the website before purchasing. I had bought some for gifts and some for me to spread out as treats, not eat them to a deadline. Because I never delete my pics I also have photos of the above and a screen shot of your website selling the turtles a couple of weeks later as out of date stock. I would send you the pics if you would actually reach out to me personally using the email address associated with my order rather than using this forum. It is pointless reaching out to you again if your website form doesn’t work correctly. You ‘assuring’ me this didn’t happen is frankly insulting. Why would I even bother to write this review? I actually have better things to do with my time….like go through all my photos to look for the photographic evidence.

My order arrived with things almost out of date and boxes damaged, which is no good for the gifts I had bought them as. I’m normally quite forgiving of issues when ordering online as long as I get a response and they deal with it well. However there was no response from the company despite emailing them several times. It was an expensive order and their lack of customer care means I will not be back.
