I ordered a mobile phone what a mistake 8 days still waiting for tracking number keep emailing them all I get is will get back to you tomorrow tomorrow NEVER NEVER buy from them again

Awful don't do it

Very bad company. Of course my own fault to order something, but what they did is very bad. They made me a member of justmebuy for € 7,95. I thought that had to do with the order so I paid. It was totally not ckear that itcwould be a membership@ Now they charged my creditcard for € 90 because I did not ended my membership!

I wanted to order 3 products however they were going to charge me $28 postage I know the wholesale was for companies $13.50 & asked why they were charging double what they pay
No response Won’t deal with this company I must say we were warned about them but thought I’d try anyway

SCAM! Ordered a counter top ice make for $40. After many weeks received only a plastic scoop. They kept insisting I received the product. Reported to AMEX as fraud. These are NOT honest people.

Easy to order, fast to receive what I ordered. Very happy to deal with them again.

I ORDERED AN ICE MAKER AND GOT A ICE SCOOPER. STOP SCAMING PEOPLE OUT OF THIER HARD EARNED MONEY. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND GOT A REFUND. I HOPE THEY FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE AND THROW YOU UNDER THE JAIL.

Scam company - ordered what was advertised as an ice maker at 90% off for $39.95, received an ice scoop (which was also listed in the description). What ice scoop exists that is worth $399.95 to justify a price of $39.95 @ 90% off? Contacted the company who told me I received what I ordered?! The website is no longer active of course. Will be contesting charge with credit card.

Can you guess what I said they could do with their refund....if i mail the scoop back to china of course....thieves and scammers

This appalling company conned their way to get money out of me. I was on Netflix and i stupidly fell for a message which I thought from Netflix that I won an iPhone and send a £1!!!feel stupid but did, week later £17.99 out of account week after that another £17.99 I signed up for nothing they cloned my account and now I am attempting to get money back my bank not impressed either and said they will help, but what a disgusting way to do business they made me overdrawn in the account they took it and won’t answer emails or their 24/7 service chat!!! I can assure you this company is a scam stay away hope they get caught fined and dissolved what they did is illegal and will Perdue I signed or clicked for nothing, amazingly after reading they are still allowed to run a shocking business!!! STAY CLEAR

I cancelled my subscription in November 2020, and was informed that the cancellation was successful, yet I am still debited every month.

I send them an email to get my parcel early and I actually got it before the time.

Product arrived 2weeks late then to find it was missing parts. Stated false information about product in depth of cushions, colour- grey white, i ended up with beige brown. Not impressed! Communication is bloody shocking! The only way to contact them was through email with late response all the time! Phone number doesn't exist. Never again!

Got the car charger it said waiting fulfilment but I got it today it arrived quicker than I thought thank you very much very happy

Website lists products for sale which are not in stock. They take the credit card payment anyhow. Days later they inform you that the deal has been cancelled and that they refund the money. Which hasn’t happened after five days now. On top of that they are not responding to any emails. Stay away.
