Fantastic Service
I ordered a booster box as a pre-order and CrazyGamer came through with on release date delivery. I had pre-ordered another item for the same game through another site and I am still waiting for delivery, well past the release date.
I wasn't sure about CrazyGamer, as I had never dealt with them in the past, but they were fast and on time - and the price was great too! I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

Brilliant customer service quality products …
Brilliant customer service quality products for a good price and they went above and beyond to ensure I had my sons Christmas presents in time for Christmas morning. The owner of the company gave me a fantastic deal and he even wrapped up the products for me and allowed me to pick them up on Christmas morning, I have never had good customer service from a online company. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Good comms, quick dispatch, great service
Having left my Christmas shopping to the last minute once again, I found myself in urgent need of a Hello Kitty Tamagotchi.
Crazygamer had one in stock, and I think it might literally have been the last unit available in the UK!
Order placed, great comms, and the item was dispatched the next day.
Delivery charge was a bit steep, and it took longer than I would have liked, owing to the Royal Mail strikes. Using an alternative delivery service provider would probably have been a good idea.
Nonetheless, I'm happy to support small businesses, and my neice got her Tamagotchi. Christmas was saved.

This year we had the tough choice of sticking with Royal Mail or changing companies. We chose to stick with Royal Mail as they have supported our buisness over the past 2 years and never let us down. Even with the strikes and bad press covering the strikes we found Royal Mail actually did not fail us on a single parcel. We pay slightly more than we charge customers for the shipping service but it only takes one parcel to be lost to make a difference, a very popular delivery company has had our stock order since the 21st and only delivering it today on the 29th. I'd like to think we made the right call, eventually we hope to have our developer sort out the checkout to allow customers to select which level of postal service they wish to use. I did have a surge on tamagotchi's i had in stock for quite some time that week so you must have been correct about it being the last one left in the uk also :D

A little Gem
Can’t fault this place. They were fantastic in me securing the Charizard UPC and also were great with my previous orders from them. Everything, from packing, to emails and sale was on point. They do look after their customers. Great pleasure and will be using them again and again when the need arises.
