Filled out all the forms did the first payment and it took me 2 to another section where it asked for my card details again try to go through to send the form nothing happening have tried to contact them with no success. The emails are sent and no reply. I believe this to be a scam.

Dont use them. I have tried for months to have a few staff members checked without success. Their online system not not work and staff have been sent various links which just have not worked. We were offered a refund but has nt come through despite chasing a few times. There is no number you can call and have asked several times to arrange a video call to show the issues we have been facing with no success.

Its a scam, no certificate and no refund, they just keep saying, very sorry we will get it out to you but never do, they need investigating

Don't trust them, they will take your payment and not refund it regardless if they can get you the information you applied for or not (especially if their website says they can partially refund for work not performed), and customer service just doesn't reply when contacted multiple times. Scam

I completed an enhanced DBS check online through their website.

I clearly have received email confirmation to my email which states that I have completed an enhanced DBS check.

For whatever reason the entity only submitted a basic DBS check on my behalf.

I contacted them several times and have absolutely minimal response. They have not been helpful at all.

They do not have a contact number and only reply with a very maximum of 1 email per day.

I have been extremely patient in what is a very Urgent case (I have stated to them that this is extremely urgent and basically haven't heard back since)

I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Things have been so bad that I have emailed them letting them know that I will be taking legal action against them unless something is done about the scenario soon.
