A terrible company.
CRC Credit is normally supposed to provide credit reports on individuals and to be fair, their reports look neat to the eye, at face value.
But it all gets messy when you have issues on your report, such as wrong date of birth or other inaccurate information on your report.
I've been in hell for the past 3 weeks as we speak.
They have been so unhelpful, so unresponsive.
It's now taking months, who knows if it'll be years, to resolve a very simple issue.
I just wish they be stripped of their license to work in this line of business because their unprofessional conduct has caused so much misery to many!
