CRDF Labs ignores false positive requests by writing back to tell you they're ignoring them. They evidently exist solely to annoy others.
The site is run by a sadist who enjoys making life difficult for others. If your site appears on its website or its "partners'" websites and is definitely a false positive, just ignore it. This website is not endorsed by anyone important and the partner sites appear to be run by the same person.
This is definitely not a trustworthy or professional service, just some amateur developer with nothing better to do than frustrate people.
