From the Very Start – Extremely Poor and Disappointing Experience with Creality

I bought a Falcon A1 Pro laser from Creality EU before Christmas. Delivery was supposed to be between Christmas and New Year. After payment, I only received an email confirming the charge—no delivery date, no updates. To this day, nothing except their promotional emails.
Even before purchasing, there were red flags, it was hard to figure out what exactly was included in each package..
They charged me and haven’t followed up. Customer service is almost impossible to reach, and when you finally do, they give vague, political answers and treat you like an idiot. I was told they’re out of stock and SHOULD receive more by mid-January—this was never mentioned during purchase! And when I ask when I SHOULD receive mine, there’s no answer, even after repeated questions.
This is pure customer deception. If I had known this, I would have bought from another manufacturer. Later, I found many bad reviews about their software and support, about them in general and sadly I believe they’re all true!
People, beware- maybe their products are okay, maybe!, but you need to be ready for a struggle with them from the very start.

Creality K2 Plus, just amazing.

I was looking for specific features for my second 3D printer: a massive print bed and absolute reliability. The Creality K2 Plus was the obvious choice, and it has not disappointed. It handles large-scale projects with ease, but I was most surprised by the precision and surface finish of the prints. It is a high-performance machine that works consistently right out of the box, highly recommended for anyone needing size and quality. It really is larger than you think and might require two people to handle it into place, but the setup is very straightforward.

Great machine-very poor customer service

Bought the ender 5 max and love the machine. The machine came missing some screws. Customer service (needs another name) told me to take pictures of all the packaging and what I had assembled then they would send it off to another team for review to see if it would qualify to get the screws. I declined their offer and used some from my shop. I just bought a second printer and needless to say it was not a creality. The management needs to give the customer service some flexibility to send out some lower cost items like this. I won't be returning as a customer with my growing business.

Circus monkeys for customer service employees

Based on the lack of intelligence of Creality customer service (e-mailing questions to them) and my SIMPLE question regarding shipping method, they employ individuals with lack of smarts. In fact, they're responses are actually turning away potential customers.

UPDATE: January 29, 2026

I see/read that others have the same issue, NOT honoring the FREE filament spool with the purchase of the new Creality Sparkx i7 3D printer. I've written customer support TWICE, both times NO response. Seems I've been put on the "DO NOT TOUCH" this customer! I sure hope I don't need tech support within the warranty period. I know this text isn't going to reach most who are interested in Creality products, but maybe some will. I could see a class action lawsuit against Creality as I see/read others are in the same situation: NOT honoring the free spool of filament. HINT: any lawyers interested in boosting their career with a class action lawsuit?

I bought a 3D printer from Creality…

I bought a 3D printer from Creality direct.
After 2 weeks the unit failed.
Creality does not want a return nor exchange the unit.
Their 12 month warranty does not mean anything.
I now have a dead printer and lost my money.

So far So good!

So far, so good! I have an Ender 3 V3 SE, and just got a creality Hi. Both run great! Have only had a few minor issues with the Ender 3 V3 SE, the glue they use to lock the connections in place is a pain to remove without risking breaking the wires and connectors. My cr touch connection to the print head pulled out of the connector and I had to get it put back in and glued. If anything I can snag a new CR touch for not much. But I'm currently loving the Creality Hi with CFS. Absolutely have to get 3 more cfs so I can print in 16 colors. Although the HI poops, like, alot, but that comes with bed slingers. Havnt had to use their customer service yet, but I also tend to trouble shoot things and figure them out myself first.

Printer stopped working after 2 prints.

Update 12/31/2025 - Customer service has been awful thus far. The original issue listed below has not been addressed after three weeks, printer still does not work, and I now have spent hours trying to get an effective response from tech and/or after sales support. I have requested a refund in accordance with their advertising and have been told I need to complete tech support troubleshooting/warranty process first. That makes sense, but the tech support has been 100% inept; slow response times (2-3 day turnaround), asking for steps that have already been completed and are listed in the Wiki pages, unclear on format and requested log information, indicating they are waiting for uploaded data from me that I have already uploaded and e-mailed, and then cancelling the trouble ticket multiple times without notification and finally sending an e-mail days later indicating the trouble ticket was closed due to too much log data. The Creality machines get good reviews and mine appears very well built, and I think it probably has a minor anomoly and a relatively easy fix, but I cannot get it resolved thus far and the experience to date makes me dread any future issues that may crop up. I would say this customer service experience could not be much worse, and I would recommend anyone considering a 3d printer find an alternate manufacturer, or purchase from a retail store with a solid return policy so you can deal with a competent customer service process if needed.

Original Review: Printer stopped working after 2 prints. Tech support has not acknowledged or responded to support request after two days, and after sales support is responsive during their working hours but has not been productive in solving the issue or moving it through the support process. I understand that mechanical things are imperfect and that no matter the QC process, errors slip through the cracks. But, I have wasted a lot of time wandering the Creality Wiki and other internet sources trying to fix a brand new machine that has failed. The fact that tech support has not even acknowledged the request for assistance after a few days does not bode well for any future requirements for support (assuming this one gets resolved). After sales support is clearly trained to try to convince customers to wait for tech support response, and has no more insight to their machines than the Wiki does. Although there is a lot of good info on the Wiki, it is incomplete and unhelpful for this particular issue (e.g. Wiki and after sales support direct troubleshooting to look at the X/Y axis limit switches. There are no diagrams or info on where these switches are located, and based on general internet searches it appears likely that this machine (k2 plus) does not even have physical limit switches on these axi, and uses other methods to determine range of motion limits). So needless to say, attempts to troubleshoot using this information result in wasted effort and frustration. I'm a novice 3d printer, but have a mechanical background. I knew I would have a learning curve for a new tool and production process, but I do not want to have to figure out on my own how to get a relatively expensive tool to work right from the start.

Build quality is great, keep improving!

Being honest here, youre printers are absolutely fire and they have alot of cool features baked in that tune the experience up. I, myself, is new to 3D printing and the K2C printer is easy to use and set up! Three things I would like that could change are:
1: Add more cool features and keep doing what youre doing!
2: I would like if you guys could improve upon the camera quality and the app ui, the app ui is kind of like jumbled all together and when I look at it after a long time not looking at it I get very confused on what to do.
3: Please add a feature where you can turn on the inner LED light when its not on, im scared of burning myself becuase when its on the hotbed is at like 30 degrees not allowing me to clean it with the light on so I could see.

Again, im a new user, so this is a completely honest and blind opinion!

Support is garbage beyond the initial hello

I can't tell what's happening in this company and honestly at this point I'm thinking of returning everything and going to someone else. I bought one of their k2 combos and it didn't come with the filament buffer which is needed for their CFS, at least according to their quick installation guide which doesn't really tell you how to install anything. So right now I have a big metal brick that can't be used and whenever I go to the support team the team I talk to seems to be on track, but their logistics and whatnot behind have left me without my filament buffer for over a week now with no sign of a new one being sent OR any updates since the last time I sent them info about the issue. They fail at communicating 90% of the time and the one person that was helpful had no power beyond setting up the ticket for my issue. Overall a poor excuse for a company that states it is open and inviting to anyone that wants to get into 3D printing.

Family is having a blast so far!

I have seen a lot of mixed reviews and while it did take much longer to get my K2 Combo than stated, my wife and I are loving it so far! We have had it unboxed and set up for about two days and have been having a blast making things for the family and as gifts. A few pros and cons:

Pros
-Very simple set up and directions were very clear
-App is nice, at least for a beginner..
-The tips in the wiki were helpful but it doesn’t seem like the community is as involved but I could be mistaken
-Printed a variety of different projects so far an only issues I’ve had have been with the test spool they sent (very tangled) and operator error with printing supports
-Packaging is really impressive and very well done

Cons
-The customer service response time makes me very nervous… Responds to emails days later (a lot of negative reviews about the customer service which is a huge red flag for a newbie)
-Would be nice if there was something to hold the CFS in place. Nothing has happened to where it has fallen or anything but just seems like that would make sense
-Test filament was VERY tangled… ended up just not using it

It has only been a couple of days but so far we have been having a blast with it and haven’t had any major issues. I hope all of the Customer Service concerns have been resolved and response times are addressed.

Overall, everything has been working great and for a beginner things have been going smoothly!

Second printer k2

I had no issues with the order, other than fedx was a day earlier than est, so i got it day after scheduled. Better than leaving it at gate...
Packaging was in great shape, well done. Set up was easy and clear.
Improvements:
1. Have an EZ button to avoid lenghty setup times so you dont have to wait half hour on startup for consecutive runs. They do have parameter changes, but changing back n forth isnt efficient.
2. Tons of waste on color changes, so make sure to utube how to reduce this. Also, after first test run the next thing to print is a poop chute.

I bought a printer for my daughters…

I bought a printer for my daughters birthday, delivery was ment to be in the beginning of September, but my parcel never arrived, I contacted the company the day after by email and I didn’t get a response, I email again the next week and a few time more after that, they finally decided to email me back on the 7th November and then refused to open a claim up then we kept going back and forth for a few week then all of a sudden I got told that it was passed the point of being about to get a refund or even a replacement as time has passed, which is the companies fault as I did everything correct and raised the issue the day after the missed delivery and now I am down £200 as well as not having a printer for my daughters Birthday, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour and agains the consumer rights act law,

I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT BUY OFF THESE EVER

Buyer beware

Creality doesn’t stand behind their promises, absolutely no support. Been trying to get ahold of them for weeks to return a faulty machine and I cannot get a response.
