Avoid at all costs, I was sent a link to them through official creality chat so I assume they are legit.

They are ultimately unresponsive and very difficult to deal with and that includes the official creality customer service email.

Was sent damaged and incorrect parts, now they are completely ignoring my enquiries.

I have now had to lodge a dispute through my bank which could take up to 6 weeks to investigate and resolve.

Creality are a garbage company in general however this part of their business is simply despicable. do not order parts from them unless you want to lose money.

I ordered a top cover for a Creality Ender 5. I realize this is not a legitimate Creality vendor, but I figured it was worth a shot. The item cost $109. I ordered it on September 19 2025. Here we are 110+ days later and I still do not have the product. I asked for tracking 3-4 times during this 110+ day period and always got a response back "Let me check", and no follow up. When I finally did receive a tracking number, it was about 18 days ago, which still to this day indicates the package has not been given to the carrier. I would highly advise anyone not to use this so-called company to buy anything. Even if they seem to carry things that Creality themselves don't sell. They will (maybe) get it to you when they damn well feel like it, whether that 120 days from ordering, or 12 years later. Absolute scam of a racket.

I ordered a stepper motor. Realized I ordered the wrong part. Sent an email to the customer service contact sheet asking them to cancel the order within hours of placing the order. Received a reply back asking, "HI. why you wanna cancel this order? you just make the order for one day." I replied stating that I ordered the wrong part and to place cancel order. I received no reply. Online policy states if you cancel prior to shipping they will issue a refund.
I received a shipping notice and tracking a few days later. I sent a follow up to customer service asking why they did not cancel my order. The reply was they shipped it days ago.
Do not use this website.

Poor service, no helpful support.
Poor communication.
No attempt to resolve the issue.

Ordered parts, only partial delivery received. The rest of the order was delayed over two months.
I wanted the ordered items, but after several inquiries about when they would be delivered, Creality decided not to deliver them at all. Only a refund was offered, nothing else.

Technical support also was subpar and not really helpful.

Very sad, as the products themselves were fine – but not anymore.

Would not recommend.
