Moving: OK. Cleaning: Poor.
We hired Creaman AS for moving services and move-out cleaning. Originally called 3 people but 2 showed up due to a sickness. However, the two employees worked very hard and the move was successful. I also appreciated that they regularly took breaks and had the necessary equipment to safely move heavy appliances. They also helped tear down built-in furniture in the new apartment that we wanted to remove, and took trash to the gjenvinningstasjon. No complaints.
Unfortunately the cleaning experience was rather bad. The cleaning was not satisfactory to the landlord so a second cleaning was scheduled but that was also not sufficient, and because Creaman stopped responding to the landlord afterwards I was billed for further cleaning. Despite the satisfaction guarantee Creaman delayed and refused to compensate me for the amount I was charged for cleaning even though I reached out multiple times over the course of 3 months and provided all proof. I also notice that their satisfaction guarantee has been changed to a 48 hour guarantee, which is much worse than the typical moving wash guarantee.
Overall, I would recommend their moving services but I would avoid cleaning services from Creaman.
